Very attractive overall, but I would make some changes if I was to build my house out of this model, to maximize usage of limited space...while feeling conformable. To start, I would not have two full bathrooms for a house of this size. The bathroom on the ground floor could in fact be partitioned in two, one part for a laundry room, the other for an individual WC + Sink with a sliding door in between. The laundry area on the upper floor [as shown on this video] would then be turned into a built-in cabinet for additional storage (to augment to lack of in the master bedroom). In the bathroom upstairs, I would replace the tub by a shower in-line with the limitations imposed by the roof angle. Back to the ground floor, I would replace the chimney with a wood stove because it is a more efficient heating system and can be equally attractive with the right design...but I admit that this is a very personal choice. Finally, I would have a fold-able dining table built in the wall and placed in a wood casing between the fridge and the sofa. The fold-able chairs could then be stored under the stairs. This would make the entire ground floor less crammed. My point is: With a base surface of only 35m2 on both floors, you have to apply more of the innovative ideas/solutions coming from tiny-house designs (40m2 or less in total) so that you achieve both functionality and comfort within a limited space.

This is an interesting house, but I'd make a few adjustments. A redesign of the stairs would allow entrance to the downstairs bath from the foyer. That would permit the kitchen counter/cabinet space to be enlarged to U-shaped. The fireplace is unnecessary. The upstairs bathtub could be replaced with a more sensible one or with a shower stall. The bedrooms lack adequate closet/wardrobe space.

I search & review many sites & channels profiling architectural work & designs & I find the work done here & ideas to be especially, appealing.. I see this designer as having several unique plans & designs that should prove to be awarded for their talent & gifted ability for designing concepts that aren't the usual cookie cutter crap plastered all over you tube & seen on Google searches.
Nice job.. keep up the great work.. I intend on using this specific design here for my own northern retreat & vacation/hunting cabin.. I look forward to building it & acquiring the plans this Spring.
(Very cute chalet cabin idea & floor plan concept!)
