സ്റ്റാൻഡേർഡ് seat 825 aanu.. iam also owned a kamet white model and i got the same on January end itself and i clocked 1200km 1.lot of vibration in between 3k to 3500 rpm.. 2.cone set sound occasionally 3.head light brightness is low 4. stand is very lean 5.Heat issue is manageable 6. screen share is useless 7.clutch is hard when compared to truimph
My personal experience after 2000+ kms( 1700long run ,300+city rides) 1.Headlamp❌ 2.Cone set loosen ✅ 3.Rubber mountings bn handle bar &yoke loosens .Dnt wrry get it fixed as soon as possible with dealerships. 4.Preferably use eco mode on city ,if performancemode rider might feel awkward due to more gear shifts on city rides. 5. Gearing different frm 411 ,rider may not feel torque distribution on all gears unless rev hard 6. Service points in available in tvm worst❌ 7. While offroad due to secondary frame add on on footpegs rider not able to tuck in with the petrol tank .. Upgrades which I expect from RE in future RE shd have provided radial master cylinders, radial calipers ,traction control ,cruise control & adjustable levers. Upgraded handle bar position from OEM itself with a pull back handlebar riser options

@@nitheeshudayan Do you still recommend it? I have booked mine. They say it's already on the third batch, a brand new bike I tested at showroom have reduced tappet sounds etc. But still major design faults will not be fixed any time soon. I test rode the 400x. Much better build and ride feel, lighter clutch, more low end torque, less vibrations at low speeds and RPMS but they did too much cost cutting on it''s console + I personally like the ADV stance more than the normal/scrambler look. For someone like me who spends majority of the rides in Trivandrum city, the Scambler 400x makes so much sense but something pulls me to the Himalyan despite its flaws. So torn between the two!!
@@AlexAugustinex i will nt go with scrambler 400x ....like old gen duke engine halts itself if vehicle is below an rpm....which i felt awkward both in speed as well in scrambler 400x. If fit & finish is concerned british boys have upper hand....If ur looking fr something rugged n if u can live with same flaws for any day.....himmy450..... POV : Am nt an RE fan...
Very responsible and mature rider..respect..

If you are given a chance again, will you go with Triumph scrambler 400x or still buy the Himalayan 450?
