two very different artists. Bishop is way more hardcore and Abi is more ethereal. I think they should've paired her with someone like Sam Smith, Laufey, Noah Kahan, Benson Boone, or even Seal would've been good fits for Abi's voice.
It worked out fine. Bishop Briggs lives in LA and is probably easier to get her on the show seeing she's local in the area. Most are on tours. Noah Kahan is on tour (gonna see him this weekend). Benson Boone is touring in Europe. Laufey is out of the country doing a festival in Jakarta. Sam Smith would be hard to get on the show, he's gearing up for European tour.

Will is another guy to add to the Chris Stapleton, Whiskey Myers collection that's popular now. Just like Chayce Beckham and Noah Thompson from 2021 and 2022 Idol. Both of whom won their season. Obviously American Idol voters wanted something better this season. They got it.
