Note to myself: Apply oil and rubs. Smoke for 2 hrs, at 250 - 270 degrees . Spray water after 1hr mark. Then wrap in foils, then cook for another 1.45 or 2 hrs at same temperature . Take ribs out, put them in foil trays and cook for 15 mins to dry the rib. Apply sauces after this.

Great job Malcom! I haven't done ribs on my Napoleon yet and this video has inspired me to do so. You came up with the perfect name for your channel by the way. Good stuff!
Thank you Malcom, making them today as we speak in Rhode island!
THANK YOU! I was wondering if I could smoke on my gas grill and how to so it! That's awesome! Subbing you! My husband doesn't grill I Do and it's my favorite thing to do!

I been wanting to do ribs on a my gas grill and this has helped motivate me even more to give it try thanks
why margarine and not butter?
John Dennis i died when I heard "parkay"
Why either? Why not a bit of olive oil...that meat is not lacking in fat. I’m sure they are delicious though.
"Blue Magic" is popular on the competition circuit, I'm not a fan though
@@jokenche1658 I mean it's fatty pork ribs, don't think using olive oil makes them any healthier😏
Yeah margarine sounds pretty bad. Butter is always better option IMHO. Also what's with the sugar!? It's not a desert!
Trying this today. I watched several of your videos this week, appreciate the knowledge!
I to say. Malcom is patient. I guess anyone who is a master of this cooking style is very patient.
I could never do that. Very impatient.
More power to you Malcom. =)
I've followed your recipe twice now, both times the ribs turned out amazing on my Weber. Thanks for sharing this video!
THANKS Malcom!! my ribs are much more delicious!!
From a guy who just has a gas grill.
You deserve a food network show my brother!
Great video Malcom as usual. But I'm curious. How many bbq pits do you own? You're like the Jay Leno of bbq! Keep the good videos coming.
One of the best instructional videos for cooking. Covered everything need to know you rock man
Great tutorial, but hey it is okay to push your own stuff a little harder :)
Thanks for explaining the 'pull back'. Appreciate all off your tips! Trying my first set today on my gas grill!
I needed a bib to wipe my mouth because I've been drooling just watching this
Five star recipe!!! The ribs came out delicious. My family loved it. Thanks for sharing. Preparing and cooking was explained well in your video. Thanks again
the high frequency noise, ugh
glad to see ur still alive from 6yrs ago! thanks for the vid
thanks bro... I can't have my smoker at my complex...
Malcolm is great! 1st time seeing him. Way to go buddy! I love how open and humble you are, even though you have a product you could hawk here. Thanks for being so good!
Excellent vid! And here I thought grilling ribs would just dry them out....this dude is gonna save me a ton of time by not screwing around with my R2D2 looking trash can smoker and get right to cooking!

@@mapledoodle5516 you know it Ben!!!!
I had trouble with getting my smoke bomb smoking, also my Master Forge Gas Grill has a totally different heat circuit pattern in the box, once I found the heat pattern the ribs began to cook, it took them 2 hours longer than yours, I used honey mustard and I must say they were delicious following the rest of your instructions, Thanks Malcolm I enjoy your videos!
Remember you can cook everything on a pig except the squeal! That's what your hearing!
Been using this exact video every year for thanksgiving. Thanks dude
Inside outside, inside out side, inside outside! ???
Tonys ToolBox i know right
