Oatmeal!

Nora's first time having Gerber's Oatmeal cereal! I mixed a few table spoons of it with some breast milk! She was 4.5 months old when the pediatrician recommended we start rice cereal or oatmeal mixed with breast milk!
FYI: gagging is a normal reflex when starting baby led weaning or starting solids since we are introducing textures other than liquid. Choking and gagging are not the same!
