I know he’s being funny- this is hilarious, honestly, as it’s NOT REAL and is absolutely for fun- but I’d like to use this as an opportunity to point out to those who have never worked in food service or even retail (somehow, lucky you) that when an order taker seems to be frustrated with the volume you’re speaking at, it’s likely not with you. A guest in front of you or even a guest who went through ten minutes before you could have been extremely rude and ruined the order taker’s mood or just made it unnecessarily difficult to take their order. It’s a good rule of thumb to be polite to the order taker because they, possibly like you, VERY likely had a bad day. Order takers try to be positive, but being positive for an entire shift despite difficult guests is very hard, if not impossible. We’ll try if you’ll try. 🖤✨(I work at CFA, not McD’s) Also, another little insert, I love how dramatic Kyle is because it makes his videos and channel a go-to when I need a laugh. ^-^
