Basically heres an explanation: After you play a normal round in a public server and it finishes and blah blah, you just need to get your fans to friend you (you can unfriend after if you like) just press 'join last game' and it will be a free private server! your fans need to friend you because where it says 'join a friend' they js need to type your user and yeah once you have 8+ people in the server the round will start And plus you get coins so its better than a private server :)
