- Hey guys! This is my wax collection and storage video. Thank you so much for checking this video out, I didn't realize how long it was. The actual wax collection doesn't start until about 10 minutes in. I talk a bit about storage and organization. Now that this room is pretty much set up the way I want it, I hope it gives you some cleaning and or organizing motivation. I cut it up over several days, so I wouldn't get overwhelmed.

I’m so new to the wax warming world and my collection so far is mostly VCS. I placed three orders during Kirby’s last restock. I can’t even explain the happiness that I feel when I look at that collection. Does that sound crazy? It truly makes me happy. I just placed my very first order with RG and SGA. Thoroughly enjoyed watching this! I’m quickly becoming wax obsessed this past year, and finding it increasingly more difficult to miss restocks! My wallet and wax stash need me to miss them, but then I see the upcoming blends from my favorite vendors and almost always place orders 🙈
And I do have my first RoseGirls order coming tomorrow, couldn’t be more excited! I went big at the ready to ship last Friday. I’m a bakery freak, so I have a feeling I will love RG wax ❤️

Nice organisation Kim! I have similar size collection 😂 and agree with everything you said! Yes, we don't need anything more than 8oz. I have most of mine in the cellar room sorted by vendor. One whole cupboard full only for my coffee and citrus blend in the kitchen and a few boxes in spare room sorted by scent: lavender, mint, citrus etc

Loved this video, I love my collection the way it is. I wonder how much you would go through if you stopped buying from all vendors for a year's time. That would be interesting to see.

I have missed collection videos like this. I have not ordered vendor wax since 8/16. I am finally down to 1 bag of Haley's Heavenly Scents, and about a dozen sample bunnies from CFTKR which I am hoarding. I've been watching tons of melt videos recently looking for new vendors to try. I really like idea of Satin Suzie's new customer deal. I really need to start back slowly this time. Lol. Great video!

Epic collection! I just placed my first large order with sga after melting through her cookie monster sampler. I wish she did more small shapes or samplers. I hate having to spend $11 on a chunk bag just to try a scent. I think that is why I got so hooked on Supertarts I love the single cube samplers.
yes, I do it all the time too, without thinking more intentionally about it. Then by the time I get through a scent, I'm like uggghhhhh sick of the scent.

I’ve learned with Rg mini melters to only buy the blended or limited edition ones or if it’s a single scent note, one I like enough to melt alone, because I never blend mine. I think I will but I never do.I love Rg. I get the best performance.

@@KimHeartsOrganizing After buying vendor wax for many, many years, this is the only way I can keep track of my large collection! I also bought a label maker so I can put the scent names on the brim of my bags. That way I can read the scents without pulling the bags from my collection drawers and just take out what I'm looking for.

girl, there really are no words. lol well yeah, there are many but I don't want your eyeballs to go batzo. first to humor you, I started watching this epic production around 4 this morning and fell asleep (no offense). I started dreaming that I was in Brussels and a co-worker shows up filming her latest hauls. LOL It was actually me hearing you talking in the video here but was dreaming to what you were saying in your video, if that makes sense. I was so excited because she had totes full of stuff she was showing and I haven't ordered from Kirby since her first two openings when she started her business. I wanted to smell all these scents, was trying to but the co-worker just kept moving along and not answering my questions. didn't realize she was filming a video. I sniffed so many non-scents in my sleep to that dream! LOL anywhoo, I rewound the video to where I dropped off to sleep and stayed for the whole premiere. You are so right about having to touch your stuff every couple months because you do forget what you have! I like the idea of the baskets of samples. Keeping them in frontal view helps to get through them. Dani XOXO got me thinking about that in one of her latest videos. thanks so much for all your efforts and everything looks so organized!
also, I noticed just the other day that some of my poly bags are sticking together and they are in one of those very closed magnetic lid decorative boxes. I think you're onto something, and I'm going today to look for some kind of system that gets some air.
oh my gosh!! this cracked me up! I have fallen asleep during warm reviews lol. Yes, I noticed this when I kept things in plastic bins with lids.
I had to throw away my super tarts potion packs they all started smelling like play doe 🤢. I was so sad!

5 or so years ago, our rose girl stashes would be worth the price of gold 😂 I'm just glad Jenny got a better ordering system because it's so crazy to think that her openings would last 5 minutes, and then wait like 6 months for your order. I got so much wax too, my god. It's easy to be like, I know, I'll get some tubs for my wax. Yea, I got tubs and filled them up instantly. I don't really melt everyday and something new everyday like most waxies do. It's very hard to not overdo shopping in general, but I'm trying my darndest not to on anything. Have no room and I feel some of my wax has lost scent from being too old 😞. I love the baskets though 😊 i love how neat your vcs coins look in it's own drawer ❤
oh my gosh! yes, remember when RG destashes sold in under a minute, now people are like will you take .50 an ounce? hahahaha. And VCS was the same, now people are like meh. hahaha! yeah, I've skipped a few restocks but I'm trying my best to pick and choose each month.
You have so much wax I am running low of wax so I am trying not to buy wax cause I am doing saving challenge
