Mia secret acrylics are great, at least the colors I’ve used. Their clear is so clear, and I’ve tried a lot of clear acrylic from companies who are way proud of how clear their clear is. I always get the clearest results from Mia. Omg, how many times did I say CLEAR?! 🤪🤣🤣🤣

Modelones is my favorite brand. When I first started doing my nails I bought a Modelones polygel kit from Amazon a year ago and LOVED the results. I was always nervous about doing acrylic but with your guidance I’m on my third set and I’m getting better results every time.

It's all very good, she has alot of DND, and Mia Secret but never tried The Mia Secret, Love the DND Gel polish! I haven't worked with many really pro products yet (and by that I mean ones not sold on Amazon) but I did recently order from JC Beauty Concepts and I absolutely LOVE their acrylics and monamer!! BTW, I have that tabletop vacuum and it is amazing!! Plus, it also wirelessly charges your phone! Too cool!!

For the giveaway my favorite acrylic currently is making my own acrylics, because I don’t make much money doing nails in my city since I’m not licensed yet but love doing practice sets ! I use Mia secret & YN clear and white to mix with paste pigments !!! although I have been hearing AMAZING things about Notpolish 💜💜💜💜!!!
I use YN Protein bond faithfully ever since I discovered it many years ago. I have used YN Swipe and am going to try YN Brush On Glue. I don't use tips unless client wants curved nails but I'm tempted to start using them. Currently I straight sculpt any length acrylic nails. I use Tammy Taylor peel and stick files. Mostly the purple terminators and the gray ones you use. I will definitely be trying everything you shared in this video. I don't use the e-file anymore since starting at a salon that forbid them but I'm tempted to go back to that too. Currently I focus on building perfect nail so it needs little filing and prepping nail bed and cuticle area with a good file. I use YN Speed Clear Acrylic Powder but use Tammy Taylor colored acrylics. I have almost every color. I also use colored acrylics and glitters pigments from YN, CND, NSI and others. I have used NSI Attraction Nail Liquid for 20 plus years. It's not low odor but very good product. With NSI Attraction Liquid the acrylic powders set quickly and firmly regardless of brand. I recently purchased many colors and monomer from NotPolish and I really do like it. I especially love that it's all made in USA. Only thing is it takes a while to harden. I sometimes file the product off and have to reapply then sit there for a couple minutes waiting for the set to harden enough to file. My all time favorite acrylic nail brand was COSMIC but it went out of business and I switched back to Tammy Taylor after that. I do love YN Speed Acrylic Powders too but ALL white powders I've ever used except for COSMIC are cloudy or inconsistent in opaqueness.

So far I’ve been using Mias Secret acrylic powder, monomer, and primer. Find it pretty well. I’ve been using Makartt files and nail bits. And modelones acrylic brush.

Thanks sm for sharing! Honestly I'm not a fan of the YN swipe; it seems a bit gimmicky to me. Alcohol and/or acetone or a mixture of the two seem to work just the same for me! And it's much cheaper haha Edit: my fave products are mia secret xtrabond and ibd builder gels (I primarily work with builder gel)!

I’ve tried a few acrylics and they formulate THE BEST by far, way easier for a beginner like me. Their gel tube system I am DYING to try, it looks like a game changer. The protein bond??? Well, I've been doing nails at home for a couple of years now but Not Constantly, So i need Practice, Practice, mostly on my timing, So i have a lady i met online a few years ago that lives in town who sells nail product's and she recently opened a Store, So I only use whatever product she buys🤷... It's all very good, she has alot of DND, and Mia Secret but never tried The Mia Secret, Love the DND Gel polish! I haven't worked with many really pro products yet (and by that I mean ones not sold on Amazon) but I did recently order from JC Beauty Concepts and I absolutely LOVE their acrylics and monamer!! BTW, I have that tabletop vacuum and it is amazing!! Plus, it also wirelessly charges your phone! Too cool!!
My Fav Brand to work with is Young Nails and I just ordered a set of ModelOnes gel polish, so I'm hoping they will be one of my favs as well!!!

For the giveaway my favorite acrylic currently is making my own acrylics, because I don’t make much money doing nails in my city since I’m not licensed yet but love doing practice sets ! I use Mia secret & YN clear and white to mix with paste pigments !!! although I have been hearing AMAZING things about Notpolish 💜💜💜💜!!!
I use YN Protein bond faithfully ever since I discovered it many years ago.
I have used YN Swipe and am going to try YN Brush On Glue.
I don't use tips unless client wants curved nails but I'm tempted to start using them.
Currently I straight sculpt any length acrylic nails.
I use Tammy Taylor peel and stick files. Mostly the purple terminators and the gray ones you use.
I will definitely be trying everything you shared in this video.
I don't use the e-file anymore since starting at a salon that forbid them but I'm tempted to go back to that too.
Currently I focus on building perfect nail so it needs little filing and prepping nail bed and cuticle area with a good file.
I use YN Speed Clear Acrylic Powder
but use Tammy Taylor colored acrylics. I have almost every color.
I also use colored acrylics and glitters pigments from YN, CND, NSI and others.
I have used NSI Attraction Nail Liquid for 20 plus years. It's not low odor but very good product. With NSI Attraction Liquid the acrylic powders set quickly and firmly regardless of brand.
I recently purchased many colors and monomer from NotPolish and I really do like it. I especially love that it's all made in USA.
Only thing is it takes a while to harden. I sometimes file the product off and have to reapply then sit there for a couple minutes waiting for the set to harden enough to file.
My all time favorite acrylic nail brand was COSMIC but it went out of business and I switched back to Tammy Taylor after that.
I do love YN Speed Acrylic Powders too but ALL white powders I've ever used except for COSMIC are cloudy or inconsistent in opaqueness.
I must admit I move the drill bits and a few others to my amazon cart,

Hi Vee! Since I've only been doing nails for a short while, I haven't tried many brands. I have tried Young Nails and Modelones. I really like the acrylic system as well as all the prep products from Young Nails, but I really like the colours from Modelones. ❤️❤️

So far I’ve been using Mias Secret acrylic powder, monomer, and primer. Find it pretty well. I’ve been using Makartt files and nail bits. And modelones acrylic brush.
I just started doing nails and I love it!! By watching your videos it has helped me in sooo many ways! And with the products you recommend it will make it a lot easier and cheaper too😄 since I’m a beginner Im using the modelones products and gel polish that I got from amazon. It works okay but I wish that one day I’ll be using bigger and better brands like not polish, young nails, valentino, and all the products you use. Thanks sm for sharing! Honestly I'm not a fan of the YN swipe; it seems a bit gimmicky to me. Alcohol and/or acetone or a mixture of the two seem to work just the same for me! And it's much cheaper haha
Edit: my fave products are mia secret xtrabond and ibd builder gels (I primarily work with builder gel)!

Love the Video everyday till 12/25. Wonder if they will be Christmas themed? I seen a lot of 12 days before Christmas count down videos. I have only used 2 acrylic brands. YN and Mia secret. I think they are comparable. I ordered the mystery pack by notpolish, hoping to find a new favorite.
I’m way too late for the giveaway but I want to give my input anyway. Young Nails is my absolute favorite brand. I’ve tried a few acrylics and they formulate THE BEST by far, way easier for a beginner like me. Their gel tube system I am DYING to try, it looks like a game changer. The protein bond??? A game changer. I’ve bought many other products and none have disappointed at all. I have a list of gotta-gets and at this point they are the #1 nail product supplier I would recommend to anyone.

Just beginning and just got my first mystery box from young nails. Their acrylic is so easy to sand. I was really amazed. I've used mia secret...stuff from makartt...local nail supplies. And so far I have to say...give me more young nails!!!
