Wonderful delivery on "Was Anybody Happy?" I agree - Mr. Applegate's (Michael Maio's) voice sounds very much like Joel Grey's, when he was in his prime, doing the EmCee in Cabaret. Does anyone know if Mr. Maio can do the choreography that Fosse laid out in "Cabaret?" Some of that Fosse stuff is difficult. (The film of "Damn Yankees" has Bob Fosse and Gwen Verdon performing "Who's Got The Pain" as a pas de deux. It's amazing! This role doesn't call for as much dancing.)
Best non-Ray Walston version of the song that I've heard/seen on youtube...and this from someone who saw the original Broadway version with Ray Walston! (I don't remember the last couple of verses, though...Were they added on?) I look forward to seeing you on Broadway one day!
you are really good.. our school just did this and i loved it sooooo much.. thanks for putting these up!!
LOVE THIS SONG. Will be making a Steelers parody about it called "Those Were the 70's."

Great performance! I was looking for a good rendition of this song. Thanks for sharing!

Not bad, though I would loose the "cheezie-ness" and be a bit more sinisiter. Other than that, keep singing away.
