It was an incredible turnaround from one week to the next. That these guys could just come in off the street at a moments notice and play at that level is a testament to them, they’re gonna make it so they don’t have to play Cox much against the run anymore.

Jalen Hurts is not a running Quarterback. Jalen runs when it is on option after the passing lanes are clogged or when there is a miscues like a bad snap or handoff. He does run in short yardage to keep the chains moving because he worked to build his legs up now able to Squat 600lbs. Justin and Josh are running quarterbacks because their offensive lines are weak.
Running quarterbacks don't win Superbowls either

It's the qbs that primary are run oriented that usually don't go far. Lamar Jackson as an example or Mike Vick. Lamar needs more receivers tho.

Jalen Hurts played great today but my Eagles have some things we need to work on. Our offense didn't play well today and our defense didn't tighten up until the second half. I'm glad we won thou.

We were very fortunate to come away with the win in this one. The Colts followed Washington's blueprint and played us really hard. We just need to make the proper adjustments before playing Green Bay next week.
I think penalties killed the drives and a bad snap cost us 2nd and goal at the 2. If we eliminate those it would be a comfortable win.
Adjustments come throughout the entire game not just before the game fool
There's no blue print; the Coaches refuse to establish the run, and refuse to put pressure on the QB

We really need to clean up these fumbles, and find a tight-end gameplay since Goedert is out. Defence looked pretty solid now with Suh.
Eagles D kept them in the game all game love the critical late game sacks with Graham and Reddick veteran pass rushers who are game changers!
The joint sack by Joesph and Suh was pretty big and just reflect so well on Roseman, picking up both guys this week for run support and they contribute right out of the gate.

Great Team win the eagles this Colts is tougher than their record indicates
Trivia: Eagles had loss 41 straight when trailing by 10 or more in the 4th quarter. The last win before today's was DeShawn Jackson's walk off Kick return Miracle in the Meadowlands vs the Giants in 2010.
I was very disheartened when the defense and offense both seemingly quit playing for the Colts, costing us the game. Within the last minute and a half, the Colts gave out after putting up such a fight and I am very disappointed. Hopefully we can get back on track and do better for the rest of the season. Good game Eagles, good luck with the rest of your season!

Granted the Eagles ramped up a little towards the end as well. They started playing like they should be playing.
Quit playing? They only got so much talent to throw at the Eagles which have good talents on the depth chart. Gus Bradley can't keep defending the run when Siriani can do it so many ways. You saw it in the last scoring drive that Hurts had when they played the middle a lot lighter and was more aggressive at the edges. A HUGE opening was made and Hurts practically jogged his way in with no Colts defenders around to deny him. Eagles defense is also more equipped to stop a lead since its not easy running inside against them and their secondary will be hunting.
@@t4d0W that's what I am referencing. Someone should have flattened him instead of opening the middle up for an easy touchdown. Then when the Colts had possession, the O line collapsed to let Matt Ryan get sacked, ending the game.
@@Gabriell1126 looked like miscommunication on that play. It's just not realistic playing lights out for 4 full quarters, on an offensive that's built like the Eagles.

Eagles played really bad at the first half but at the second half they came back to the game. Hurt’s rushing ability helped them wining the game. It was a really good game.

Yeah that was good. That play was supposed to look off the D and hit #83 across the middle, but the LB on that side didn't move and was in the throwing lane. That was a good defensive play all around.
