Georgia has made a ton of mistakes in this game, but they’re able to overcome them with their performance in the 2nd half. The connection between Carson Beck and Brock Bowers has been amazing so far. Auburn really gave those dawgs a huge fight today, and the future is bright for this program
Lmao you UGA FANS are homers same mistakes every weak means that’s your identity there not mistakes y’all trash this year OSU going to whoop y’all
Auburn is average and will remain so.
@DrPhill96 they are. But there is some sort of voodoo in Jordan Hare when UGA goes there.
Auburn always plays us hard there.
You play like that vs UofM and wer gonna win by 20+ your only weapon is a TE and your D is nothing compared to 2021's or 22's😂 lucky thing you have a cup cake schedule...hope we get our hands on you guys in the CFP's💪🏽〽️
@@ichiganade2071 Looking forward to it.
Beck made some tough throws in that second half. In a high pressure scenario.
Thank the Defensive coordinator for Auburn. He was too scared to send pressure. Lol
Bandwagon Dawgs fans can leave now. This fan base is much better off without you. I hate what football is becoming, because beating your rival used to mean something. Now people just say "you struggled against an unranked team". You don't know the history in the rivalry or how many teams have walked into that stadium only to leave with their dreams destroyed.
Go Dawgs.
Facts. Auburn and their voodoo at Jordan Hare ALWAYS play us rough there.
Last 4 number #1 ranked teams that went into Jordan-Hare got beat.
thank god for brock bowers cuz this offense still taking forever to click in the first half. can't keep waiting till the 2nd half. the turnovers have been ridiculous lately
Georgia back to earth this season. Lucky for them the rest of the conference is worse this year as well.
Worse? Lmao boy you have not been watching football. Kentucky and Missouri been making some noise
I meant as a whole, not individual teams. Kentucky and Missouri do look improved this season. The traditional 6 power teams all look to have regressed. Very exciting gives teams like Kentucky and Zou room to make noise@@qbb430
@@qbb430Florida, Tennessee and Carolina were all supposed to be better this year and they Suck! Dawgs will get well for sure next week against the Kentucky Kittycats 😂
@@slimsherman5818Kentucky is no pushover. Get real. The way Georgia has been playing this season compared to others has been messy to watch. And Kentucky had a great win last week against Florida. They got some weapons. It will be close and I’m a Georgia fan myself. I like to remain humble instead of being those fans that always say, “we gonna 3 peat!”. With the way we have been playing, no we will not!
Ever since i was a kid, no matter how highly ranked the Dawgs are, Auburn always makes it interesting.
Especially at Jordan hare
Long as people keep patting auburn on the back for close games instead of being brutally honest for stupid decisions by these coaches when they should take players out ( like quarter backs ! ) auburn will never enjoy the feeling of being champions like Nick sabre an the crimson Tide damn how bout up your standards auburn fans !!!
Always...just like all the other SEC Teams this year are tough..mand Ga Tech won't be run over either.
Faaaacts
@@gokusnoopy9647Notice how no one liked your comment....
That 3 and 12 play was one the clutchiest plays I ever seen by a Georgia qb
And yet everybody want to use him as scapegoat for basically one bad drive by him
Definitely not Georgia's best game need to get together.
The game was surprisingly close the whole time. Auburn really impressed me, mainly with their defense even though Georgia wasn’t the best today. Brock Bowers way the key for Georgia, and Auburn couldn’t watch him. If Bowers did not do what he did, Auburn would’ve pulled off a huge upset.
Georgia is just bad they let UAB score 21 points last week
The reason Auburn lost is because they threw a fade and that gave them bad luck
Auburn couldn’t throw we made them one dimensional that’s why they lost. We just made mistakes but we’re still undefeated 🦾
@@ninjabearwilliam61914 of those points came from a muffed punt and the 3rd string defense in garbage time. Context matters over box scores
Georgia was at their best. Auburn defense is good. Auburn offense is not so good. But they did look better today.
The close out pick was ridiculous. Starks is so good.
Thank God for Brock Bowers. GG Auburn. Go Dawgs.
Who are you going to thank God for Saturday ?? 😂😂Go Gators!!!
@@gatorwhit8360Billy Napier
Proud of AU. They were in it all game and could have pulled an upset. But Bowers is just too good to contain.
The uga turnovers gave Auburn 14 points. That's only reason Auburn even had a chance. It wasn't just Bowers Haha. Without the turnovers Auburn scored 6 points and Georgia would have scored over 30.
Georgia has the heart of a champion. You can’t always knock the opponent out but can you wear them out and then take them out.
Not a fan of either team but while watching this game I noticed the refs were missing calls of making bad ones in favor of Auburn all game. If I was a Georgia fan I’d be cursing at the refs all game lol
Bruh they were missing some easyyyyyy calls. It was wild
Georgias d linemen get held constantly
@barclaymatheson8240 or when Auburn qb runs 2 yards beyond the line of scrimmage, run back behind it amd throws the bal
@@obi-juantacobi855212 players on the field on a 3rd down inside the 15…
Horrible officiating all game long. The barn players were hanging from Georgia's facemasks non stop. One play the barn defender needed help to dislodge his hand from Dawgs players mask and no flag of course and cbs morons just prattle nonsensically about where the might eat dinner later.
Brock Bowers is Conan the Barbarian in a football uniform.
This Rivalry has always been crazy. Actually nothing new. Go Dawgs!❤️🖤🏆🏆
You can hear the disappointment in the announcers voices.
In Gary’s yes. But Brad is a Georgia fan!
Props to the OT pushing him in on Georgias first touchdown. Great blocking all around.
Wtf is going on Georgia ?! If we dont tighten up this year yall can kiss that natty goodbye
Why are you jumping till the, enjoy the games!!!
They suck now.
Georgia will lose to somebody, this team definitely looks beatable it’ll be tuff but they look beatable . I think Kentucky could pull it off
@@iamvalor_I don't think Kentucky can pull it off
Props to both teams. Hard fought SEC! Baptized in fire. That's why we are college champions every year! Love to both teams as a Kentucky fan. See you on Saturday Georgia!!!! More of the same coming. Big Blue Wall
Bwahahahaha only in the SEC are there conference fans 😅😅😅😅
Brock Bowers needs to see a chiropractor after carrying the team to victory. #godawgs
With the game on the line how does Auburn not double team Bowers.
I said the same thing. Just like the Eagles defense in the SuperBowl…kept letting Kelce get open. Let someone else make a play jeez
Auburn showed up to play!! Great game on both sides 👏
"iF It WaSn'T for BoWerS..." HE'S ON THE TEAM RIGHT?!?!!!! Like wtf 😂😂😂
U know who threw the game away ...the other quarter back would have been nice to try ...a made athlete can ever beat a natural..that's just the way it is...Nick is smart enough to know that maybe auburn will come to the future someday
Auburn should jump into the rankings, even with this loss! Great game.
That's what I thought.
Give them time they’ll be ok.
We gave them 5 weeks, 3 nobody’s and 1 mid tier SEC team and a horrible Auburn team.
@@mooliciousmaul6514 They’ll figure it out i wouldn’t worry.
@@hunterhays3063 they played two bad teams and looked horrible doing it. Just saying they will get it together doesn’t make me feel any better when we have seen this same situation before. 2018 and 2019 comes to mind
@@mooliciousmaul6514yeah we definitely don’t look stable rn, slow starts, turnovers, penalties. We just look sloppy this year and I feel like if we don’t start fixing how we perform pretty soon we’ll be seeing a L on our record, I hate to say it
I think they’ll be ok. They got it done when they had to that’s always a good sign. Clean some things up and we’ll be ok.
If the refs did their jobs Au likely wins this game. Why cant refs make an offensive holding call or PI call? Ga got away with so much crap in this game
Most of the time you’re gonna make mistakes in a football game. What separates good teams from great and great from elite is how you respond to them. Geogria respond well! Especially in the 2nd half. Considering alll that happened in JH the past few games versus number 1 teams this was our scariest game in the regular season.
Carson Beck grew up a lot in this game. And Bobo loosened up the play calling and let Beck go off.
Georgia beat Auburn and the refs. While their OL and front 7 was selling the entire game too 😭
Legit had me mad lol
Come on don’t be that guy. Take the W and be happy with it even though it was ugly. You sound like a Bama fan
the refs?
yeah that fumble by delp really let auburn get on top
@@1sh1kll9 shouldn’t be struggling with a team that could barley get 14 vs Cal
Either Georgia isnt number one or Auburn is top 10. Both cant be false.
Beck and Brock will always bring their A game when all the dogs wepons aren't clicking on all cylinders but actually georgia is on whole another level than all other college football programs they know how to win and oooh Wee when they start to clicking everybody better watch out
Georgia won’t remain undefeated, somebody will knock them off, I got Kentucky doing it to .
#4 didn’t want the smoke from Brock bowers on the game winning td 11:10 dude literally said not worth it 😭
How about them doggs!
Man thorne doesn't like throwing the ball. All season the qbs barely throw theybjust be running. And the o line is hot garbage.
Another great game. Study this stuff. Brock Bowser, His parents must of played Mario cart and watched wrestling at the same time. Then conceived. 😂🎉🏈
Georgia seems not enough to be #1, but #3/#5 is good to them.
2 things. Dejan is a region in France. Day Shan is not a name. Georgia is #2. Michigan is #1
yehhh no lol we still number one ! amd have a harder schedule considering we play 5 ranked teams !
Georgia know’s how to win…sometimes ugly or not. The areas of concern would have to be inconsistent Oline play and not winning enough 1on1s along the Dline. It’s been awhile(Staind 2001) since a team beat the dawgs to the edge so frequently!!
And now a commercial break while we tend to another Auburn defender…🤿🥱🔴⚫️
They went to a commercial on a 2nd down when no one was injured and no time out was called.... doing their best to interrupt momentum and ruin the game... got to get those hundred commercials in, 5 a pop, over and over...
I remember when Auburn Defense was told to target Arron Murray with their helmets.
Bowers greatest Tight End to come out of NorCal since Zach Ertz. 4.5 40 time at 235 lbs is a literal cheat code.
I’m a Georgia fan and I admit we have no business being ranked #1 right now
2 years ago (2021 season) Georgia dominated undefeated, pretty good Arkansas in the first week of October. In 2023, they were lucky playing against unranked Auburn. Certainly different team.
The things that separates UGA from the rest is that Kirby says “alright time to score” and they do. Or, “time to get a stop” and they do
Brock played his tail off. I’m kinda surprised we didn’t see any QB keepers in this one considering it was there the entire 4qtrs. Bullard looked a little rusty but that’s to be expected when missing so much time. Gotta get better at stopping the run….fast. Not gonna win too many games giving up +200 on the ground. We found a way though. Go Dawgs!
Auburn was impressive in this game wow
Them Dawgs is hell
holy shit what a turnover game, 4 turnovers for the dawgs, very dissapointed
Bowers reminds me of Ertz when he has the ball in his hands, future Eagle👀👀👀
Future Falcon
@@Shawn6751 never, probably so tho y'all stay with a high pick LMAO 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I still say Philly, anything possible after we got Jalen Carter plus we have two second round picks as well 🥱💪
@@Shawn6751 Nah. Falcons will NEVER draft a Dawg. They will trade the pick for magic beans first.
5:36 three dawgs standing around during a fumble. Amazing
The goal of the defense is:
Keep the running backs and quarterback in front of you and INSIDE.
I guessthe UGA defense does not consider the quarterback a runner.,
And they were not keeping anybody inside.
Not impressed ….. by the TURNOVERS Dawgs. Let’s go,,,,,
Crazy game
The tackle at 2:05 is something else.
2 & 10 has javarrius Johnson wide open instead of throwing it to fair weather Johnson so fast they might’ve tied that game up
So close……Georgia is not impenetrable. All of those players going to the NFL is taking a toll. Still talented but have more learning to do. Go Blue !
Yeah losing 25 players to the draft in 2 seasons is definitely taking its toll on us. This team is young, but still has a ton of potential. Go Dawgs!
2:22
Georgia don't look like a championship team this year
Bowers finna carry me in fantasy his 1st year
Whew! Well played Auburn.
From a football players perspective, man those Ga linebackers have to recognize multiple blockers in motion and get out on the perimeter ahead of them. Trust that D line and sam line backer has to walk out and make that QB earn it, and trust the mike line backer to get anyone who squezes the edge. Just doing that alone Ga probably prevents 10 points
Georgia would win by 70 if they played at this point in the season
Auburn is beneath Georgia. We played sloppy on the road and still got the W
No sh*t Sherlock. Everyone should be beneath Georgia, they’re #1. Auburn’s not even ranked.
If one has a Q that can successfully march two long drives with all in the balance, one has a Q.
A not talked about enough part of this game was Daijun Edwards’s near fumble on the second consecutive offensive play in the second half. If that goes Auburn’s way, UGA would have been in big trouble
It's not talked about because it wasn't even close to being a fumble. His knee hit down, then his forearm, then the ball came out.
Positives: Brock Bowers is HIM, Beck played poised while down, and we got the W
Negatives: Another slow start (idk if it’s playcalling or Beck), not holding contain, and TACKLING!!!!
Lucky to not take the L. We gotta play heaps better next week or we’ll get beat by Kentucky.
it is playcalling and bad calls by the refs
A good duel threat qb will ruin Georgia.
From a florida fan, Carsen beck will leave UGA a national champion.
GA not ready for them Wolverines this year 😂〽️💪🏽#GOblue
lol
😂😂
The Dawgs are vulnerable...who would have thunk. The UGA OL broke down too many times and the defense looked pathetic against the Auburn QB/RBs. That was a huge win for Georgia,
The OL broke down how, Beck wasn’t sacked, he got hit a couple of times but he needed that to wake his behind up. He is gonna be a good qb he doesn’t really make mistakes.
I almost had a heart attack in that game since it was so close.
That white boy from Napa different
For everyone on both sides blaming refs. Georgia started poorly and made some mistakes to start the game (turnovers, over thrown td), but that’s pretty normal for a road game. While Auburn didn’t turn the ball over until the last play they missed countless opportunities to put this game away. In the form of catchable dropped throws on offense, missed/dropped an easy pick and not taking the points and kicking the fg before the half. Auburn fans wanted an interference call on that pass inside the 5, but I didn’t see it and he should have still caught it. If anything there was a slight push off by the AU receiver. Georgia was very lucky to get out of there with a W and have the better team, but Auburn should have won. They played better but missed/blew way too many critical big play opportunities. Georgia played worse but were able to make those big plays connecting on several big 3rd and long situations. I kept waiting for AU to bring pressure on those plays, but it never happened. Georgia isn’t as strong as in years past, but they’ve always been lucky to have an easier schedule compared to SEC West teams like Auburn. Thankfully that bs changes next year when they get rid of East West divisions. Biggest challenges are Kentucky, Ole Miss and Vols with those first two being home games.
Hate being critical of our(Auburn’s) qb’s but we’ve got to get someone via portal before next season. Thorne and Ashford are very talented, but the SEC requires a lot more to be successful. Was really hoping someone would take the time to coach Ashford up before this season. Honestly haven’t seen him play enough to see if their was a change bc they’ve only put him in during red zone possessions. May get a play here or there or is given chance to run a series and usually just after Thorne repeatedly turns it over. Do appreciate Ashford’s patience and positive attitude though. Same could be said about Thorne having to constantly hand it over just after driving your team down the field and are about to score. Lol that’s why the dual qb system never works! Believe Freeze is trying to make the best with what he has, but it’s an impossible thing to pull off.. Thorne wasn’t perfect, but he did play a lot better than A&M game last week. Do feel they could have more success moving the ball by implementing more of a run option from the gun with Ashford. Used it a few times against UGA and with a lot of success. Still have to be able to throw and complete passes though.. Love our backs and they did a better job holding onto the football, but still had a couple close calls where they were saved by the whistle..
Heck of a game. War Eagle
I don't care what QB throws for thousands of yards, running back rushes for 2500 yards, receiver with 2000 yards receiving. If I'm any nfl team, there's no way I'm passing up on Brock Bowers. If he's not in the top 5 drafted, than they got blind people picking for them
Go Dawgs! it was hard fought game 3peat! Keep calm
Georgias turnovers have got to get controlled. Also the run defense has been abysmal all season.
Bowers next Eagle
I always say you gotta win the ugly ones. And my Dawgs looked ugly today..... but somehow they won.#GODAWGS
Y’all been looking ugly since the season began
What every team wants for Christmas is a (Brock Bowers)
Just feels wrong seeing Georgia/Auburn play in September.
If Georgia didn’t have Brock Bowers they would have lost that game.
If ifs and buts were candy and nuts oh what a merry christmas itd be
@@Yestromo You beat me to it.
But they do.
Not being able to finish is the usual outcome when it comes to Auburn athletics
When?
This isn't a #1 team. Who's getting paid off to put them this high? Huge scandal incoming.
People need to stop talking shit about Beck.
Brock bowers dgaf!!!!!
Brock sez FTMF!
I was really disappointed, Auburn should've won.
Looking forward to see bowers do that for the Raiders....
The #1 team can only defeat an UNranked team by 7 points.. They're SEC, so pollsters will keep them #1, because of an excuse another commenter stated: "... made a ton of mistakes in this game, but they’re able to overcome ...".. If they made "a ton of mistakes" and Georgia still won, it's not because Georgia is so good.. It's because Auburn is so bad.
Dawgs fortunate to have Bowers…if he goes down this season they’re in trouble*
I don’t care what Kirby says in his defense, we win in spite of Bobo.
Georgia needs to work on their containment...
Auburn’s offense is super predictable. They barely throw, and when they do, its drags or screens. I only saw one throw go outside the numbers the whole game.
If you really don’t trust your quarterbacks, just run the triple option.
wouldve been bad game without bullard
You mean Starks
@@TheMCJ2011 both
Easy cover. There are no great teams this year; it should make for a very contentious playoff situation.
Texas would beat Georgia easily this year
Drives me batty to see interceptions on 4th down at the end of a game. Knock the ball down, victory formation the end. If you intercept and try running the ball and get stripped then you breath life back into a dead body.
LoL seems like Auburn highlights even though UGA won
SURE
