This was very helpful. I currently have nest doorbell and it just works and the quality is good. Looking for an excuse to change to HomeKit and this was not it.
I got this and returned it would time out a lot happened with 2 different door bells I think they should recall this product now I order the sterling home hub getting the new google nest 👍
How does the Nest work with the Sterling Hub? I just got that for my Thermostats but want to change my doorbell from the SkyBell to the Nest so it will work with HomeKit.
Just picked up this doorbell and I have no frame of reference for other brands. I guess I like I having everything in the HomeKit ecosystem. Eufy requires me using their app but I suppose if the picture quality is better I could understand why you’re recommending it over this one
I'm right with you. I would go with Eufy as well. Their picture quality is leaps and bounds better than this Logitech doorbell. Logitech should seriously stick to mice the keyboards.
I added the door bell, there is no notification tab showing in my app can you help me with that, i don’t have a home pod, 4:54, there is not notification option showing
I've been an installer of smart home tech for some time. But today was my first attempted install of this device. It was not a success. This promlen is that it works fine while connected via micro USB but any attempt to connect to the LAN fails. What's worse neither the device nor the app provides any usable information. The software is I'll conceived. No chirps or voice prompts just a blinking green sometime flash of red single led. Any other product is advised...
wow great review thank you, I think they did a good job in terms of home kit integration, being able to utilized the homepod as a chime can be helpful at some home integrations with mediocre wiring. "BUT" the video quality.. sorry Logitech you really screwed this up. You buy a video doorbell so you can actually see you is at the door :)

Why if my camera ain’t working and I uninstalled it and don’t have the box or it anymore to get the wr code to reinstall please help
