Do you really think its him? I kind of suspect it too just from his way of speaking ("I derive extreme pleasure from it") but its hard to know for sure. According to Discogs this interview goes on longer but I can't track down the full thing anywhere, not having much luck finding any live action videos with Peter in general unfortunately (Susan Lawly doesn't seem to sell tapes anymore) which is a shame cause I've heard quite a bit about his infamous "stage presence" loll
