It was certainly... rough, in places. I didn't, but I was also playing on PSP and made the mistake of choosing the easiest difficulty because of SMT's infamous reputation.
That actually sounds like a good idea to say for in universe as the music doesn't play in universe If it did where would the music come from? Makoto Yuki's MP3 player? I don't think so cause tech doesn't work during the Dark Hour
@@worstinshow there is a certain paranormal alert or a kaiju invasion sort of vibe with the song. Like it's supposed to alert you that something is not as it seems in the vicinity. The subtle air-horn sample in the background doesn't help either.

yeah because the fights approached you, you didn’t approach them. For the Tartarus bosses, you are allowed to wait and grind, but the moon bosses are scheduled. It has to do with that.
@@Qwerty-vk2lu I was under leveled and had terrible demons, I was low on resources, the thing kept hitting weaknesses which I didn't cover for some reason, and it just lasted over an hour. The best demon I had at that point was Throne, and he did not have a good move set for boss fights. And any other issue people had with this fight.
I was so focused on that timed 2nd Shadow fight I missed out on hearing this slapping beat. Once I got to the Epmress and Emperor shadow fight this soundtrack definitely gave me the "out there" vibe. I'm loving the game and yeah it's hard to put down. Being an hour long is perfect, as I can grind out in Tartarus looking for those treasure hands. This game is something else and I can't wait the many ups and downs awaiting me✌🏻😉💙
honestly the best boss theme imo. while I'll Face Myself sounds badass and Blooming Villain is a standard boss theme(the covers are way better), Master of Shadow is perfect for a boss fight cuz it makes u feel like you are fighting for your life
Respectfully, I disagree. Feels more at home as a boss theme for a cyberpunk RPG, in my opinion. I'll Face Myself remains the best Persona boss theme in my opinion. It's incredibly thematic, and mirrors the non-battle version of the song. It's got so many layers.
