Mr. Bixby is not only a handsome face, but very intelligent with being involved with directing and producing! Always the gentleman! We lost you much too soon... God Bless!
He is. And such a sad loss. Gone far too soon 😔
Very intelligent man, funny and a brilliant actor. He died when I was 5 years old, just a few months after I'd seen The Incredible Hulk Returns, I was hooked, and still am at 33 years of age. Rest in peace Mr Bixby, 1934-1993.
Bill Bixby RIP 📹 🙏 🕊 ☮ 😌 ☹️!He!Died!When I!Was 33Yearsold!I'M 61yearsold Now!

ABSOLUTELY RIGHT ABOUT Bill Bixby As Himself Is A REAL GENTLEMAN 😳 👏 👌 🙌 🙄 😬!
I wish bill was still with us to l love him l met him when I went to California a long time ago he the most nicest most caring and loving person and l will always love him and l will never forget him. Love virginia s
Great interview. Sad he's talking about his son, even though he'd passed away pretty recently prior.
I thought the same thing!
Suprised he was able to go on after he lost his son but his wife couldn't and killed herself.
Bill Bixby had suffered some real personal tragedies in his life.
1) Painful Divorce
2) Son Died
3) Wife Commits Suicide
4) Cancer
His young son, Christopher, got Epiglottis, suddenly, while at Mammoth Mountain ski resort; with his mother, Brenda Benet.
(Bill & Brenda were either separated or divorced, at that time.)
I think a doctor was to blame, at a hospital, for Christopher's untimely death.
@@kimwood9119 Nobody asked what happened. And it's not cool to accuse the doctor unless you know for sure that was the case.
A great interview. I grew up watching Bills shows on TV. A lovely man and a truly great actor.
I wish his cancer was caught earlier. He might still be with us today.
He would be 83 today if alive. Not an uncommon age to be alive at these days. My grandfather is alive at 86 for instance.
Amy P maybe he would’ve made an appearance in the MCU films.
@@JackHY2K
He would have been 86 in 2020. Fellow actor Jack Colvin (Jack Magee) would be 86 at the end of 2020.
I'm glad I met bill in California in the 70s and he is such a nice guy very loving kind gentle the nicest guy you could ever meet I love bill so much I wish he was still here. I miss him every day Virginia s

glad he didnt get too mad it got pulled off the air
I love bill bixbt
It's nice to see Bill still in good health and being interviewed. I never knew Bill wore glasses. I guess when filming The Hulk, he wore contacts.
I have very fond memories watching the 1970s version of The Hulk.
actually Bill didn't. He acted WITHOUT glasses and was able to fake it even though he was blind as a bat without them... The mark of a great actor
Wow really? In that case, he did a FANTASTIC job at acting without glasses or contacts! It really looked like he could see fine portraying David Banner. Hands down one of the best actors I have ever seen.
I. Met bill. Bixby when l went to California and he is the most loving sensitive caring nicest person I have every met and loved him so much. I wish he was still here l miss every thing about him l will never forget him. I love you bill. Virginia. S
I read that he was near sighted. He only can see stuff 3 or 4 feet away from him. He could n't see far away. If he was far sighted would have had a lot of trouble seeing. That is how I figured that he didn't have to much trouble while he was working on the tv shows and movies he done.
Me too I definitely agree with you and your comments too I wach halk mid 80s
Bill Bixby is cool
Wish Goodnight Beantown will be on dvd someday. I would love to see that show.
I was alive as kid, but don't remember it.
Such a handsome man.
Wow! This interview was 2 years after Bill's son Christopher died and only 1 year after the mother (Brenda Benet) commited suicide and nothing was mentioned...
Maybe he didn’t want to talk about that because it was so painful. The things to be discussed in the interview were probably reviewed and agreed on before hand. That’s my guess anyway.
@@megancline8080 quite possible. Bill was a great guy.
A gentleman always
Thanks For Sharing These Videos 📹 With Us BILL BIXBY RIP 📹 🙏 🕊 ☮ 😌 ☹️!
Times were so different back in the 70's and 80's, and for tv actors as well. I can't get over the fact that he obviously had to do his own stunts. It'd be One thing if he was 20 something and really built or really athletic or a former competitive gymnast,or one of those entertainment wrestlers. Bill Bixby though, was allready 43 when the Hulk TV 📺 show started in 1977, and Bill was only a random meek sort of man, with a slight of build type of body, yet, they couldn't get a stuntman for all those scenes where he gets violently assaulted. So basically, Bill Bixby was forced to do the work of an entertainment wrestling jobber(Letting people beat him up),along with his profoundly talented acting work.
Just astounding when you think about it,but also, very unfortunate and bordering on tragic,at least in my opinion.
I use to own the Savsge She-Hulk issue 1 back in the day's.
Geesh they all deceased. Depressing. Ten years left with this one.
2:39 - "kissing cousin?' Woah, calm down there, Jerry Lee. 😃
He was a good actor. Much missed
Willy Abbott...loved him in that part
Willie Abbott is how I remember him ❤
BILL BIXBY Has A Great Since Of Humor TOO 🤣 😄 😆 😀 🙄 😂!
Is it just me or does the interviewer keep moving closer to Bill?
