Ladakhis are being treated like cows and dogs. Earlier, Kashmir was the owner of Ladakhis and now New Delhi is the new owner. For Ladakhis, only their owner got changed and nothing more.
The best solution is shifts the UT sectrate for 6 month april to sept at kargil and 6 month Oct to march at leh or shift the UT administration sectrate on center of both leh and kargil district near base of fotula .....as UT administration is not only for runing of leh it is for whole region of ladakh .....so the councillor can work properly in their respective district and UT administration can do their work both for leh and kargil .....without just foucusing on leh or just leh administration
Councillors are the representatives of people of ladakh. If the administration respect the people of ladakh over whom they govern, then they have to give them the deserved respect.
