3:33 - those are mostly girls doing fulls. On a dead mat!
3:42 - actually that was just a kick full tumbling. But his height and form is amazing.
3:58 - yup she's doing a scorp.
5:03 - those aren't flags. It's the 1st layer of their costume which they took out to reveal the bionic design of their upper body. It's just not seen clearly probably coz the visual difference wasn't striking on camera.
5:22 - that was an inverted bow and arrow. It takes amazing flexibility and control to do that. She's the same flyer who did the toe touch back flip toss at the later part.
5:53 - I love how you noticed that! Not much people in the Philippines talked about that toss. You gotta watch their 2017 routine coz she took it to the next level. That same flyer did a toe touch double fulls. Link below.
6:47 - hahahaha I love you're making comparisons! Though if entertainment value, I personally prefer their Mexican theme (2018), which you already reacted to.

Note: this was actually a shocking year because in the competition run, NU had many errors. The rest of the teams wanted them to lose coz NU has been dominating the competition and everybody were itching to dethrone them. It was painful to watch and I'm disappointed with the live audience.
This link is just their rehearsal perfect run video, complete with clear music, props and costumes.
They didn't win because apart from the errors, their Dance scores were low and it greatly affected their scores. In Cheerdance, 50% of the total score is Dance. But on the cheer elements, they were out of this world difficult and creative. You'll have plenty of "Wow they thought of that" moments.
