NU's score: 696.5 with no deductions UP's score: 620.5 with 18 pts deductions if malinis ang routine ng UP it would only sum up to 638.5 pts.. still 58 pts less than NU's total score.. so it was clear enough who won this trophy this year..

NU deserves to win . napanood ko ng live yung perfomance nila, super linis ng moves nila. and the stunts was perfectly amazing . Kahit sa volleyball idol ko din ang NU specially their MVP tha Santiago's Sisters. :)

Kung si Mr. Henry Sy nga nag donate ng halos 400 million pesos na building sa De La Salle University sa maliit na school pa kaya tulad ng NU... They are there to help students and make them reach for success...
Yung formation p lng ang linis...sa execution plantsado wlang sablay ...sa costume panalo very catchy sa eyes hindi magulo to stares on them...sa stunts very daring and brave lipad kung lipad ...yung feeling n PROUD & ASTIG for them even though I'm not part of their school.... luhh! after they performed, alam ko nang sila ang panalo. in all aspects, it was NU Pep Squad that was the clear cut winner. consistent ang movements and choreography to their concept. what's more, halimaw ang stunts pati ang transitions *they beat UP in this particular element* going to pyramids. i like the dance part as well. nakakaindak. :)
One good thing sa NU, sumasali sila sa ibang off season events like NCC and Filoil before. Marami silang natutunan. Malaki ang chance na magkaroon ng dynasty ang NU.

NU deserves the title... They executed their routine as flawless as they can... That's their major improvement... Also they had their dance superbly choreographed and and they had balanced the collaboration and punk of cheering and dancing... Most who doesn't know well this sport can easily tell that NU doesn't deserve it that their routine is simple and safe, they thought that who brings most of the crowd with the loudest cheers always win but that's not how it goes. The routines look so simple
Woah! Their full twists are superb. Fast transitions and accurate movements, no wonder they are the champion. The tumblings sure has a lot of double full twists a good thing I think to increase the level of difficulty and the flexibility of the flyers are so damn great! Gotta love those arrow stance! LOL! I'm not a cheer expert or whatsoever but in my opinion I say that this is really a well deserved performance to win. Just wondering, it's a level 6 routine, isn't it?

Things I love most about CDC: a) You truly never know who's going to win. Did anyone expect NU to place last year and then win this year? Not at all. They rose as true underdogs and they deserved it, and best of all, everyone got an amazing show from all (er, most) of the schools. b) Everyone's a good sport. I watched the event live and when UP was announced second, our giant crowd was sad for 2 seconds before chanting "NU! NU! NU!" in unison. Congratulations to all. Can't wait for next year.

Things I love most about CDC:
a) You truly never know who's going to win. Did anyone expect NU to place last year and then win this year? Not at all. They rose as true underdogs and they deserved it, and best of all, everyone got an amazing show from all (er, most) of the schools.
b) Everyone's a good sport. I watched the event live and when UP was announced second, our giant crowd was sad for 2 seconds before chanting "NU! NU! NU!" in unison. Congratulations to all. Can't wait for next year.
