When doing this Lapras event, I also drew two of the new Mankey as my first two packs, just like you did. We're both very lucky, it's a better Pokemon than the new Lapras EX.
as someone who always wanted to buy pokemon cards as a kid but couldnt, this game is really so fantastic to play!! Never thought i would be addicted to a pokemon game but here i am!!

Dan i know you're probably not gonna see this but after this video I downloaded this app and after a while I got the charizard not once but twice thanks for making awesome videos
My deck combo is just gardevoir and mewtwo, build up mewtwo's psydrive and then send in him, do 150 dmg, discard 2 energy, then get those 2 energy back from gardevoir's ability and the energy from start of turn, which in turn is just free 150 dmg 24/7 game
Btw I already know I commented but what you should do Dan in ur next tcg Pokémon vid is to do a 10 pack opening. it cost 112 hour glasses but with that much shop currency u have. I’m pretty sure u can do a 10 pack. I did a 10 pack on pickachu and got all the full arts and all the EX’s. Just imagine ur luck rn with 10 packs. U said it urself “ ur luck is insane “
I started playing the game after seeing a tweet abt it then getting way more srs when watching the first few minutes of this video and i have to say im really obsessed lol! Its my 4th or 5th day of playing n i alr managed to complete my mewto deck, articuno (but i rlly wanna put him with starmie ex… which i still dont have) and i pulled my first god pack! Have never been interested in Pokemon tcg bc i was scared of how complicated it seemed but the simplified version here makes it way more fun for me haha! Thx Dan for getting me into a movile game where I had genuine dun in

And lo, since I love Dan’s videos so much, I spent a literal hour and a half writing this story of my take on DOORS: The Mines! (Also rest in peace DanTDM, his sanity will be missed!) 😂This legit might be the longest story I have ever wrote, this took me 3 and a half hours so if you read it all I would sincerely appreciate it, and also be astronomically flabbergasted and if you don't fall unconscious by the time you are half way through YOUR WELCOME, also a little warning, prepare yourself before you press read more, this is my longest story and my most proudest, I expect lots of comments below saying, IM NOT GOING TO READ ALL THAT, but I came prepared this time with a lot more than I usually bring to the table and this time I had to shorten it because youtube didnt allow me to post something that big lmao - *Dan eagerly anticipated his stay at the Evernight Hotel, known for its opulence and exceptional service. The lively lobby, adorned with classic decor and a grand chandelier, left a lasting impression. After enjoying the rooftop pool and fine dining, he noticed an old elevator on the ground floor, cordoned off with tape and barriers. Curious, he asked the concierge about it, who shrugged and said, "Just some old maintenance shaft. Nothing to worry about." Later that night, unable to sleep, Dan found the elevator shattered open, revealing a dark abyss. Confused, he braced himself as he approached. A grotesque hand shot out, seizing his ankle. He screamed, but his voice was cut short as he was dragged into the void. Suddenly, he awoke, disoriented, to the gentle swing of a lamp ominously clattering every now and then. The darkened place stretched infinitely in every direction, but ahead, an old, rotting wooden door stood ominously, marked with a crude “101” carved into its surface. Driven by an inexplicable urge, Dan approached and pushed it open. A narrow hallway stretched before him, flickering lights casting eerie shadows that danced at the edges of his vision. He cautiously advanced, heart pounding, feeling the hairs on his neck stand up. Something was watching him. The first few doors were uneventful, but each dragged him deeper into the earth. The ambiance grew more unsettling; the walls seemed to close in tighter with each step, and distant dripping water echoed through the halls. At Door 110, he heard a low, distant growl reverberate through the tunnels. He paused, instinctively reaching for his pocket knife, knowing it offered little protection. By Door 120, the growls had grown louder, more distinct, like a guttural rumble. His anxiety mounted with each step, breath quickening. Doors passed-130, 135, 140-and the oppressive atmosphere only thickened. At Door 140, however, it happened. As he stepped through, the ground shook. A deafening screech filled the air, followed by a surge of inky blackness rushing down the hallway like a tidal wave. Dan turned and saw it-Seek. A nightmarish amalgamation of darkness, shifting eyes, and writhing limbs. Its form twisted and contorted, a mass of chaos surging forward with unrelenting fury. "Run!" Dan’s instincts screamed. He bolted, legs pumping like pistons, adrenaline flooding his veins. Seek was fast-unbelievably fast. The creature glided across the ground, its eyes locking onto him with predatory hunger. Dan darted left, narrowly avoiding a tendril that whipped out like a snake, smashing into the wall and sending chunks of stone flying. His heart thundered as he leaped over a fallen beam, breath ragged, eyes wide with terror. The corridor was an endless maze of obstacles-piles of debris, broken rail tracks, collapsed beams. Each seemed placed to slow him down, but he couldn’t afford to stop, not with Seek hot on his heels. He vaulted over rusted barrels, his foot slipping on a loose rock. He stumbled, nearly losing his balance, but managed to recover just as a tendril smashed into the barrels, scattering them like tin cans. The impact sent a deafening crash echoing through the mine, but Dan didn't look back. He couldn't. Seek was gaining on him, its screeches growing louder, more frenzied. The narrow corridor suddenly opened into a vast cavern, and Dan saw a network of broken wooden platforms suspended over a dark chasm. He didn't have time to think. He sprinted toward the edge, pushing off with all his strength, and soared through the air. His hands caught the edge of the nearest platform, his body swinging precariously over the abyss. With a grunt, he pulled himself up, just as Seek's tendrils lashed out, missing him by inches. Dan didn't stop. He sprinted across the platform, the old wood creaking under his weight. Another jump-another desperate lunge to a distant ledge. He hit the ground rolling, pain shooting through his side, but he forced himself up, his eyes locking onto the next door. Door 160. He could feel Seek closing in, its form distorting and growing larger, more menacing. He reached Door 165, throwing it open with a desperate push. His lungs burned, his muscles ached, but adrenaline kept him moving. The hallway here was narrower, tighter, and more winding. Seek smashed through the entrance behind him, its body morphing and squeezing through the tight space like some nightmarish liquid. Ahead, the path narrowed further, and Dan saw it-a massive boulder perched precariously above the archway at Door 170. An idea flashed through his mind. He sprinted faster, every ounce of energy focused on this last chance. As he reached the door, he dove through, grabbing a lever on the other side and pulling it with all his might. The mechanism creaked and groaned, and he watched as the boulder above began to shift. Seek lunged forward, its tendrils reaching for Dan, but it was too late. The boulder came crashing down with a deafening roar, slamming into the creature's mass and crushing it beneath its immense weight. The ground shook violently, dust and debris filling the air as the echoes of Seek’s screech faded into a chilling silence. Dan collapsed to his knees, gasping for breath, his body trembling. Sweat poured down his face, his heart still racing from the chase. He’d done it. He’d survived Seek’s relentless pursuit. But this wasn’t over yet. There were still 30 more doors to go. He pressed on, moving cautiously now, his body weary but his senses on high alert. Each door brought him deeper into the mine, and by Door 190, he could feel something was wrong. The air grew colder, the walls slick with something that wasn’t just water. The stench of rot and decay was overpowering. Finally, he reached Door 200-the last door. Taking a deep breath, he pushed it open and stepped through into a vast, dimly lit chamber. The room was filled with fetid, knee-deep water, murky and brackish, the ceiling dripping with thick, viscous ooze. It was the sewers, the very bottom of the mine-the only exit. And there, rising from the filth, was Seek. But this time, it was different. Its form was more grotesque, bloated with sludge and decay. Its eyes were still there, but they were dim, glowing faintly through the muck. It had reincarnated, transformed into a more putrid, monstrous version of itself. Tendrils of thick, black slime dripped from its body, and a foul stench filled the air. This was the final confrontation. Dan steeled himself. There was no running this time. He picked up a rusted metal pipe lying half-submerged in the water and gripped it tightly. Seek let out a deep, guttural roar, shaking the very foundations of the chamber. It lunged forward, the sludge around it churning violently. Dan sidestepped, swinging the pipe with all his might, striking one of Seek’s tendrils. The impact sent a shock through his arms, but he held firm. Seek recoiled, but only for a moment. It surged forward again, more relentless than ever. Dan dodged another attack, then another, the water splashing around him as he moved. The chamber was filled with the sounds of their battle-the clanging of metal, the sloshing of water, the guttural growls of Seek, and Dan’s ragged breathing. He knew he had to end this quickly. His eyes darted around, searching for something-anything-that could give him an edge. Then he saw it. A massive valve wheel on the far side of the chamber, partially hidden behind a rusted grate. If he could reach it, maybe he could flood the room or drain it-anything to stop Seek. He made a break for it, dodging another swipe and jumping over a collapsed pipe. Seek was right behind him, the water boiling with its rage. He reached the valve and began turning it, the metal grinding and screeching as it moved. He could feel the pressure building beneath his feet, the water starting to swirl. Seek lunged, but Dan threw himself to the side, narrowly avoiding its grasp. With one final heave, he turned the valve fully. The chamber rumbled, and a torrent of water burst from the pipes above, cascading down like a waterfall. Seek shrieked as the water pressure increased, battering it from all sides. Dan watched as the creature’s form began to break apart, its sludge-like body dissolving into the churning waters. With a final, earsplitting roar, Seek was torn apart, the last remnants of its twisted form sucked down into the dark depths of the sewer drain. Dan stood there, soaked and exhausted, watching as the water slowly began to recede, revealing a rusted metal ladder leading up to a faint light above. He had made it. He had survived the mine, the 100 doors, and the relentless terror of Seek. As he climbed the ladder, leaving the darkness behind, he felt a profound sense of relief. But he knew one thing for certain-he would never look at an elevator the same way again* .

Holy sh** you crazy for writing all that but its amazing though well done 👏🏻
@@Space_raider1 Thank you lol, it means a lot! However if you THINK THESE ARE LONG lol, you'd be very surprised just how far down the fainting rabbit hole can go lol, such as these splendiferous beauties lol, AND THATS NOT EVEN MY STORIES, but don't worry, my comments are only 500 - 700 words, just a casual essay, MY STORIES ARE 2 TIMES LONGER THAN THE HOLY BIBLE, AND MY ESSAYS FOR UNIVERSITY, ARE LONGER THAN THE DIAMATER OF THE FRICKING UNIVERSE lmao 😂💀
@ im sorry you said FIVE HUNDRED WAS CASUAL?! Buddy my index finger wouldve snapped at the three hundred mark you tweaking bro 😂💀
@@Space_raider1 Trust me, you don't want to know how my hands are in shape wise then, they are more resemblant to legs at this point 😂, pray for the teacher that's gonna be marking my essays, there's two of them if one wasn't enough, both over 1500 words... her trip to heaven will be expeditious safe to say lmao 💀
