I am only 2 min in and I feel you when she starts pulling away. I have a 17m old and we just started weekly hair day. I give her her favorite snacks, put on her favorite shows and do it just after she's woken for the morning so she isn't cranky and it's an effort.
I will have to try that next. I had her show on, but next time, I will place it in the direction I need her head to be.
I can only braid my granddaughter’s hair but putting bows in it is a No No lol she snatched EVERYTHING out. Bows, barrettes, headbands lol she wants absolutely NOTHING in her hair lol I can’t even sneak them in when she’s sleeping 😂😂 but she’s still so cute 😍💖

Just some advice lol when I use to move everywhere when i was little getting my hair done my mom would sit me on the floor and her on the couch she use to let me play in my hair bow box
