It's because the city decided to stop enforcing the 72 hour parking rule. So yeah they pick and choose what they're going to enforce, probably figure they make tons of revenue from parking tickets of people who can afford it, but these people at most will get a 72 hour notice attached to their vehicle and ultimately they won't make any money from them.

The state should implement designated areas for people with trailers and RVs.
Count do you have a designated area where they can park and get some rest.
And also get them more support for some of them to get training for jobs or get a job so that they can better their lives. Have small portable showers and portable restrooms.
On the problem with trash, they should do a trash run every week and clean the facility or have people live in there take care of the trash by organizing the trash.
Have bike rentals that can be donated and use: to go to work like e-bikes or bikes.
Let people stay 3 months 6 months.
After they have enough money they can move on through housing support programs.
With the zero drug and alcohol policies.

The options for homeless folks to get back on their feet beyond pathetic, it is shameful. That's why we're not hearing about loads of success stories from people who were homeless and managed to get back on their feet with the help of the state. Whatever folks are offering right now is not working. Create a program that works, that actually helps people effectively, and you will see homeless folks jump at it. Want to get people off the streets? Give them a truly better option. It is that simple. Don't punish them, HELP THEM.

Right? I'm so poor and work 3 jobs to pay rent, I deserve to live in a safe, clean neighborhood. Those RV dwellers that trash the neighborhood and commit crimes need to leave us poor hard working, apartment/home renting tax paying locals alone!
