The story matched with these amazing works of art made it otherworldly.
Bonjour. J'ai depuis 1979 la collection complète, et je me lasse pas de les relire régulièrement. Merci pour cette vidéo .cordialement. pg
I had the TTA books back when, thanks for the memories!
Thank you for posting this.
I got that book for Christmas in 1979 when I was 10. Every one of those images is burned into my mind. I tried reading it but it bored me to death. Dyslexia didn't help. Thanks for sharing!
Beautiful! I love this style of sci-fi art. I have a few of these books myself.
I had this book many years ago in my childhood. Great book. I really wish that this entire series could be reprinted or at least made available in digital form like Amazon Kindle.
That would be great. Im guessing that permission from all the different rights holders would hold back a project like that
Same here
That would be so cool.
Thank you very much for your effort!
👏 Definitely on my wishlist
Still have my copy from childhood. Artist Peter Elson was a huge influence on me growing up. He died way to early, but he did get to the ship concepts for Homeworld.
Elson is hugely underrated. Love his work
Loved these books as a kid. This brings back so many memories. I wish I had them all. I have the Spacecraft 200-2100, A.D. one and that's it. I bought it off of eBay about 5 years ago.
Yep I have that one, and have for 30 years
I had Stewart Cowley's Spacebase 2000 book as a kid. I still have it somewhere. The artwork really fired up my imagination back then. Great to see there are still lots of fans of it around.
I have the french ones since i'm a kid!
Welcome back
I love the concept here, but I'd love it more if you'd spend 5-10 seconds on each page turn. Thanks for the cool art!
Yes I tend to rush thinking people will get bored. In future videos I’ll will ‘linger’ 🙂
I know Stewart Cowley is behind most of these books but who is Charles Herridge?
Looking at the other coments I see Im not the only one who read these as a kid.
there's many of us 🤓
Sssiiiiiiick!
