Hi! there. your channel just popped up on my feed. So I thought watch your video. Been to Honolulu couple times on vacation with my family. Here in California we also call this farmers market. Farmers markets used to be a way to get cheaper food and support locals, but now it’s like you have to pay a premium and I don’t know why because they have less overhead than the big companies.

Many tourists are going now. Also many young people are into eating healthy organic so they go to farmers market and pay the premium. As for the vendors they advertise healthy organic and items and sell at a high price and many people are lined up to buy, so there is no reason for them to lower the price. 🙂
