- The plaintiff says the defendant’s boyfriend asked the plaintiff to drive them to and from a strip club. She claims the defendant got drunk, assaulted her boyfriend, bit off his finger, and threw rocks at the plaintiff’s car, so she’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff was arguing with her and her boyfriend that night, and she’s countersuing for a bail bond and emotional distress.
When JM commented on women being victims of domestic abuse 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 he is so right ❤

And when she said she didn’t know her. She made it sound like she’s never had an encounter with the defendant prior to the incident. She also said she never gave the defendant a ride

Love when the judge said "Let's get rid of this case". The audacity of these women...
JM decided this case after the plaintiff said she didn’t intervene in the domestic violence happening because he should’ve let the defendant finish her story, it was getting good!

Why would she call the police when she going end right back to him 😂
As she was in court lol
Exactly! She's right there with him lol.
Right
You don’t have to “know” a person to give them a ride. The defendant contracted herself as well. She said the plaintiff lived across the street, then said she didn’t. The judge just was mad the plaintiff didn’t call the police when she observed a domestic abuse situation. I totally understand that!
Bingo
I believe the man she is with lives across the street and she’s just there often. Plaintiff even said the man had to tell her that the couple across argued often.

All you do is complain but still watch. 😂
The Honorable Judge Mathis always has a point and always makes it a point to make his point - sometimes in a roundabout fashion, which you, Adrian, quite often don't like. In fact, never have I heard you agree with any verdict Judge Mathis makes. You're quite the disagreeable guy. You like being oppositional simply for the sake of being oppositional, and often working in cognito under the guise of other monikers on RUclips, three of which I know.
You behave like a disagreeable 13 year old teenager whose hormones are raging and who hasn't taken his hyperactivity medications - the kind of Child who never learned how to raise his hand in class... he just speaks out of turn because he's the damn boss of the world, little knowing he's barely the prince of poop mountain. The stench that rises from you. Wow. Foul, indeed.

She’s sitting right with the same man who abused her so I wouldn’t get into it either
Observes a person being kneed in head: no call to police
Observes property damage to vehicle: dials 911 immediately
The disregard for other humans is unreal.
This case turned bad real quick when that woman sat there, and said she watched that man knee her in the head like a donkey😅
The defendant was lying you can tell. Mathis didn't listen to the plaintiff at all.
Judge Mathis needs to stop coming to court when he is in one of his "moods" because he goes off on innocent people who are just trying to present their case and might get a little confused with his questioning. Sometimes he even teases and plays to much with the litigants for my taste. I'm sure Doyle doesn't know which judge he is working for from one day to the next.
Somebody’s lying! The plaintiff was very specific about riding with her previously, but you never know fr 😂
If nothing else defendants on this show never fail to countersue for "harrassment," or "emotional distress." Almost as if the producers backstage tell them to do it:
Producers: Do you have a counterclaim?
Litigant: No.
Producers: A counterclaim may make this more entertaining, sue for harrassment or emotional distress, who knows, catch judge in the right mood and you just might win. No matter how ridiculous it seems!
I've been thinking the same thing. They stay trying to get some emotional distress.
What makes you think that doesn't happen ALL THE TIME in non televised court sessions as well, everyone tries going down swinging when they're put in a situation
It's bizarre that the plaintiff claimed that she didn't know the defendant.
Thought it would make her case better😂
It was weird 😂

Honesty, intervening is sometimes not worth it. Those so-called "victims" will turn on you for getting the police involved. They will lie for him to protect him. They will try to do you harm for trying to help them. And leaving isn't an option. They refuse to leave. They make excuses. I've seen it before on more than one occasion. A person that's trying to be a savior to someone like her can easily become a memory. Now you're in a grave and she's going about her ratchet life.
When the plaintiff started telling her story at the beginning she already admitted that she gave them a ride and met the defendant that Night. Idk why JM acted like that was brand new info did he forget she already gave that information? She literally said that they were “grieving “ and she took them to the club. Duhhhh

I believe the defendant in this case. I knew the plaintiff was lying. Good job to judge Mathis
5:51 lady in the background face is priceless 😂😂
not Hannibal lecter 😂
I disagree with Judge Mathis on this. The lady came out from the jump saying how they took them to the strip club earlier in the day and that was her first day meeting her. Domestic violence is definitely not funny but some ppl will not call if the find out it’s a frequent thing that happens and choose to stay out of it. Doesn’t make it okay but it happens
She sound so dumb for saying she watched this lady get kneed in the head and then kept watching . And didn’t bother to dail 911 . She lost at the point
i agree
I definitely believe she perjured herself. When he asked the plaintiff if they knew each other, she went straight to the car situation instead of starting from the beginning like the defendant did. Plus constantly saying you don’t know her and was at the club with her is crazy 😂There’s always 3 sides to a story and both were off.
i agree credibility all bad
Did we watch the same video, because I remember the plantiff explaining the strip club repast situation first, then the car..

@@jassymac You almost had me until the 100% point, because the defendant contradicted herself also, because one moment she says the plantiff lived across the street and the next she says she was a visitor and didnt even mention the dude kneeing her in the head(funny how Mathis didn't ask her about that tragedy, when the dude was sitting right there)so at a minimum he should have dismissed both cases, but he got in his feelings as usual and you all are capping for him as usual, when anyone with common sense can see that this case was a miscarriage of civil justice and the vast majority of all the commentary in the post says so too,but carry on..
@@jasonallen3678 clearly they both are off about where she lives. She clearly is staying with her on and off again bf. I think the plaintiff has some issues!! The way she presented her case! I had issues believing her! The defendant presented her case well !
No she didn't at first she lives across from me,then her boyfriend wouldn't let her park in his driveway, she had to park in my driveway
the absolute least the plaintiff could have done was call the police when that man was going upside the defendant's head. she didn't have t o jump in it, break it up, nothing. just call the laws.
but let her tell it, "they always do that!" was a sufficient reason to spectate until she thought her car might be vandalized. then she managed to call 911. SMH. poor excuse for a woman.

The defendant contradicted herself when she said “you know who stays across the street from you” then later said “she didn’t even stay over there”
She said she told her to stop spitting in each other face because it’s a man and a woman … but why does it have to be a man and a woman just the fact that they’re human beings you shouldn’t want that?
I am not surprised at all. Atlanta is the most ghettonism I have ever experienced in my life. I NY, was the worst ghetto women. But apparently, Atlanta, is an upgrade to every ghetto you experience.
The plaintiff did say in her opening testimony that she met the defendant that day to take the defendant family to the strip club, so Judge Mathis memory was way off in the final verdict..

GM absolutely made this decision on emotions. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, but it's an individual decision to get involved in others matter. When JM was "a thug" did he tell when he saw someone doing wrong? Now he's judgmental. Also, the plaintiff repeatedly said it was on this day she meet her. I don't know all my neighbors. Take your meds JM
Bad judgment he just wasn’t listening

I witnessed a woman being abused by her man and I called the police. Even gave the woman some water in MY cup from MY house while she waited on MY PORCH for the police. You know what she did? Went right back to him. I understand the judge saying she could have done something but some times the woman will get mad at you or turn on you for the man. No good deed goes unpunished…
Why was that knee to the head comment so funny to the audience???!
So you watched her get beat up but called the cops when she threw rocks at your car? Girl code used to mean more. Even if I don't know you, girl code is important
i wonder have the judge ever been peer reviewed by his emotions and rushing of cases

😂😂😂😂. She thought that crucifix piece was gone save her lol
I've seen where a woman attacked someone who tried to intervene to stop her boyfriend from beating on her, that's why a lot of people stay out of other people business. You have to judge the situation carefully. You don't know someone just because you give them a ride. Another case again why judge Mathis shouldn't be judging 🤦🏾♀️
It happens too often when the abused woman will prevent someone from helping her. I refuse to physically help domestic violence victims because of it. But, calling the police I would do.
They should have a "Shock Button" that'll shock the Shit out of them when someone tells a lie.😂😂😂
Once you get busted in a lie with Mathis it's damn near impossible to win your case.
Miss Clay was standing on business
It would have been okay if no one called the police for a man gwtting abused. Never heard him say that. Abused men need some one to look out for them. Abused men could feel the same way as abused women feel.
The plantiff is lying already
The truth will set you free but watching the defendant getting beat up

Just because she gave that lady a ride that don't mean she know them.. her friend , their neighbor know them.

He's acting like doing that isn't common. For regular folks it is.
Heck no im not getting out of bed at 2 am to pick a neighbor up idk from the strip club 🙄
She equivocated “knowing someone” & “being familiar with” but she knew what the judge was asking. Good ruling.
i hate when this dude make false assumptions of people just because you saw someone or gave people a ride does not mean you know that person she was doing them a favor. the problem with mathis is he reads the case before he comes out and already have his mind made up especially if he learns he doesn't like the person. he turning into another lousy joe brown

Goes to show that judge mathis did not listen to the story that the young lady told she initially said that the older woman lived directly across from her. At the end, she switched it to. The man lived across the street.
The plaintiff was definitely not telling the truth. She know she took her to school she is trying to make her case sound convincing. Girl tell the truth!
Did you hear the other say that she lives across the street from her, and then turned around and said she parked in my driveway cause he didn't want her to park in his driveway? Now who you say is lieing? You just like JM you didn't listen 👂

So you don't call 911 when you see a woman getting beat up but you call when she starts hitting your car

That’s dumb. She did call the police. Calling the police for two people who has done this numerous of times and always go back to each other. Kinda dumb.
