  • The plaintiff says the defendant’s boyfriend asked the plaintiff to drive them to and from a strip club. She claims the defendant got drunk, assaulted her boyfriend, bit off his finger, and threw rocks at the plaintiff’s car, so she’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff was arguing with her and her boyfriend that night, and she’s countersuing for a bail bond and emotional distress.

the absolute least the plaintiff could have done was call the police when that man was going upside the defendant's head. she didn't have t o jump in it, break it up, nothing. just call the laws.
but let her tell it, "they always do that!" was a sufficient reason to spectate until she thought her car might be vandalized. then she managed to call 911. SMH. poor excuse for a woman.
i do wish JM let the defendant finish her story b/c i sure was interested in how it ended!

When JM was "a thug" did he tell when he saw someone doing wrong? Now he's judgmental. Also, the plaintiff repeatedly said it was on this day she meet her. I don't know all my neighbors. That’s dumb. She did call the police. Calling the police for two people who has done this numerous of times and always go back to each other. Kinda dumb. The defendant had a fight with her boyfriend, should’ve never destroyed other people property in the mist of it. That lady or her car had nothing to do with them going at it.
