This has to be the best explanation of about 30 video's I've watched on this same thing. You do it a little better in more step layers as well then many out there. That takes patients and more time, which the client deserves for their money they pay or not.
WOW 😳!!!! Talk about perfection !!!! Absolutely gorgeous shaping. I wish I had 1/2 your talent. You do everything to complete perfection. Thank you for this video. 💅 💅 💅
hey Anastasia...Thank you so much for creating this gel nail application i always look forward to watching all of your tutorials. I was hoping you would make another one of these and you did...if its possible can you please please make another acrylic tutorial for us from start to finish that would be awesome. thank you always.
also anastasia if you can do a step by step tutorial with acrylic and show exactly where the apex starts and how to build the apex the right way. I see alot of technicians build their nail extension really thick and your extensions always look perfectly sculpted thinly and elegeant and i think we need to learn how to do that your way because to me it seems to be the right way. Thank you.
Iv always dun my own,but id definitely have sum one do as good as u,iv used polygel, and hard gel on one finger but it's a lot harder,I'm trying to work out which is better,I think polygel is coz if I get hard gel on sides I can feel it heavy, thanks 4 tutorial imal try with the form again,I did last wk And was gud❤
Hey🙂what do you suggest for someone who I trying to grow out their natural nails that keep breaking soft gel or hard gel? Your help would be highly appreciated.🙏
I work with clear builder gel and have such an issue telling is the thickness is even. I try to apply it as evenly and as smoothly as possible so I don't need to file so much but since I use clear it's so hard to see. Any suggestions? Also what's the best way to fix a nail that has cracked from side edge to middle (right where the hyponychium) of the natural nail with gel overlay? Every time I file it down the crack section and add a new layer of gel it still keeps cracking. What's a better way to fix without having to cut the natural nail and not having to redo the whole overlay? Thank you for any help you can give. I enjoy your videos!
This just happened to me yesteday!! I cracked two nails into the nail bed doing rough work around the house. Adding another layer of gel won't fix it because it only creates a seal on top; the bottom of the cut is still open. So it's like a perforated paper ready to be ripped again. You don't want to cause multiple trauma to that cut. Only way is to kind of do a new overlay. You can leave a thicker layer of nail bed/base layer behind if you like, so you don't have to re-do prep work on a already worked on nail bed. Use nail glue on top of the break of the nail. It will seal it. (I rubbed alcohol on the cut also just to kill some bacteria). Optional: I lightly buffed the excess dried glue to have a nicer foundation for the overlay. Then overlay again.
I have the SAME problem with clear Gel! Did a set yesterday on someone with very masculine hands (large short nail beds) who wanted almond shape... Took me almost 3 hours!! 😟 I don't know how people get such perfect sculptured nails with clear gel. Thankfully, she is a friend, I would be mortified if this was a potential new client. I wish I had seen this video yesterday morning, I would have used cover pink instead of clear.
I like the way you explain everything so relaxed in your tutorials Anastasia x One little question Do we have to pinch gel like acrylic nails or not at all? Thanks and have a lovely weekend xxx
It’s mainly personal preference. I *always* pinch but honestly, when I use forms and hard gel, it’s not particularly necessary. 90% of the time they are slim and have a great c curve already. Again, I always pinch them anyway, but if your client has naturally narrow nails then it may not be necessary 🤓💖 If they have wide or fan nails however, always pinch
No matter what I do, I have lifting of builder gel. I prep and prime the nails I use bonder. I use thin layers to build and yet still it peels right off. Help😢
Hi!! I love your videos , they are very helpful. However, when I do my nails with builder gel, i can see it already starts lifting right after I’m done ... I am following all the steps but can’t figure out why it’s lifting. Any tips??
Hola Anastasia.
Like the way you do nails and subscribed to your Chanel. The nail forms to buy, with your link you provided is all in Russian description. How do you decide what forms to use. Let’s say I buy standard nail forms don’t know which brand or if good quality than create coffin, square,Oval or Sillhoete is that good? I found some are so flimsy or don’t stick. Do you have any nail forms you would recommend here in Canada where I’m at and America. I like simplicity and easy to use as well as good quality paper form. I’m thinking of using Reusable nail forms and see how it works. With thanks!
Hi I did leave so many comments jusy wondering if reply back. Is it better to use nail form so you dont need to file underneath l. Is this builder gel which you applied after sculpting nail tip. My main issue is side walls amd cuticle area i get affraid of using too much buioder gel its so sticky when cure it sometimes i file it it all peels of should I leave it in for longer maybe 90 sec. Please can you let me know will really help please also what do i use to stick it together is it just sculpt tip then apply it again on nail cure it then create nail with builder gel did you apply basecoact can you show how much productvtp use with small nails plesse Thank you x
Hi there! I'm a bit confused with the question. I have many gel tutorial in "Hard gel nails" playlist - you can watch them for detailed step by step instruction. You don't need to file nails underdneath when using forms - if it was fit correctly. Gel is sticky after curing - because of the sticky layer, you should take it off with alcohol. You need base coat anyway before applying builder gel when doing extensions.
There are so many techs that say they lay builder gel and it self levels so perfectly that they do not need to file. Is that real life cause I can never ever do it without needing to file. I see that you file too. So I am not crazy
Hi Anastasia, the base coat is it NSI product and is it clear or soft pink. Can you use any base coat? I have gellish at moment can I use it or stick to NSI brand? I really like those forms. Thanks
Hi. The tutorial is really good. I would like to ask about polyacryl gel. Is it necessary to do a foundation (a tip ike you did here) before doing extensions with polyacryl gel? Is it okay just to do a tip and to not put product on whole nail?
Anastasia, forgive me, I wrote you an email about your video the one with soft square tips and then you put different color crystals on each nail and when I went to comment, I called you Natasha. Lol I'm sorry, but I did recognize who I was watching!! I did it to someone else last weekend too, but hey, I just turned 56, so maybe I have a good excuse lol
First of all don't use a pink product for the white portion of the nail. 2nd she talks about the foundation needing to be the same as the natural nail but when she shows it, it isn't. That's as far as I could watch. Obviously not someone I would watch for tips and hints. Look elsewhere to learn how to do nails.
Your client must be a dream to work with- that natural nail is just perfect! x
Yes, luckily she works in our office, hence, she has no other choice than to be my nail victim 😜
Nailcou She's a lucky lady! x
This has to be the best explanation of about 30 video's I've watched on this same thing. You do it a little better in more step layers as well then many out there. That takes patients and more time, which the client deserves for their money they pay or not.
Would love if you could do a more in-depth video of finish filing. That finished filed nail was PERFECT! you’re amazing!
Thanks, will add it to the wish list
My finish filing always ruins my work.💔
Looking forward to that video ❤️
You're so good as a trainer, you give us all the info we need.
Thank you Anastasia,i really like all your videos. That's Perfect!
Can you do a tutorial on how to shape the apex, how thick/thin the gel layers should be from the sidewalls and apex, and cuticle, please?
Ok, will add it to the wish list
Yes would love to learn all about that. Great idea
Yes sometimes it seems impossible to get an apex on a hard gel sculpt without the nail getting way too thick in all the wrong places
Perfect tutorial. Thank you Anastasia ;-)
WOW 😳!!!! Talk about perfection !!!! Absolutely gorgeous shaping. I wish I had 1/2 your talent. You do everything to complete perfection. Thank you for this video. 💅 💅 💅
Perfect thanks Ana! My 1st time using forms as well as 1st time using hard/builder gel . Really appreciate your teachings! 🤗❤️
Happy to help!
Your work so meticulous 😍
Love the qr code nails. Thanks for the demonstration.

So helpful thank u!!
Great tutorial thanks for sharing x
I’ve really enjoyed this tutorial!... thank you
How to avoid heat burn after putting the big thick gel beat? It burns everytime. Please help
Iv always dun my own,but id definitely have sum one do as good as u,iv used polygel, and hard gel on one finger but it's a lot harder,I'm trying to work out which is better,I think polygel is coz if I get hard gel on sides I can feel it heavy, thanks 4 tutorial imal try with the form again,I did last wk And was gud❤
you are simply the best. You could make a video with preparation of nail plate with taking care of cuticles with drill bits. Thank you for this video.
Thank you. Will add it to the wish list :)
I have some from my 2 last year webinars actually - nsiacademy.com/free
Yes but there is first step with flame bit and I have never seen what are the last steps to look cuticles perfect but in healthy way :)
Do u apply a base coat before starting extension?
Beautiful work as usual. Do you prefer gel over acrylic?💅
Hey Anastasia I would like to know if you're using any alcohol in the brush ? if I can get all the product which you used will be helpful thank you
I've always loved your nail shape. How you sculpt the nail,.
Which products did you use please
very helpful demonstration thank you for sharing! the C curve on that nail was perfect did you pinch? do you prefer sculpting vs tips and why?
Great work
Hey🙂what do you suggest for someone who I trying to grow out their natural nails that keep breaking soft gel or hard gel? Your help would be highly appreciated.🙏

Omg! Brilliant gf!!!!
Where do you get your forms from 😍
Is it ok to apply the Base coat before starting then complete!?
I like the way you explain everything so relaxed in your tutorials Anastasia x One little question Do we have to pinch gel like acrylic nails or not at all? Thanks and have a lovely weekend xxx
Andrea you do need

Wow so pretty 😍
Do you need slipsolution to work the gel ?
No. That's for polygel and acrygel. 👍

No matter what I do, I have lifting of builder gel. I prep and prime the nails I use bonder. I use thin layers to build and yet still it peels right off. Help😢

Hi the link for the nail forms does not work. Do you have a working link to successfully purchase? Please TIA
Do you have to cure each nail as you go or can you do the whole hand? X

Is true that this can't be removed w/acetone?
Yes, you can only file off hard gel

been wondering what is that QR code on your thumb nails?
I've seen it before. It's just a water decal design.
missalaneous11 oh no wonder , I tried scanning it but it didn't give me any result 😂😂😂
Lol! You are too adorable.
Yes, and it works :) Tutorial coming soon
How co e there was no base layer
There are so many techs that say they lay builder gel and it self levels so perfectly that they do not need to file. Is that real life cause I can never ever do it without needing to file. I see that you file too. So I am not crazy

Which song is This ?
Hi Anastasia, the base coat is it NSI product and is it clear or soft pink. Can you use any base coat? I have gellish at moment can I use it or stick to NSI brand? I really like those forms.

Yes, you can use any base coat
Hi. The tutorial is really good. I would like to ask about polyacryl gel. Is it necessary to do a foundation (a tip ike you did here) before doing extensions with polyacryl gel? Is it okay just to do a tip and to not put product on whole nail?
Thank you, Victorija. No, it is not necessary, you can do the whole nail at once.
It just works better for me
Anastasia, forgive me, I wrote you an email about your video the one with soft square tips and then you put different color crystals on each nail and when I went to comment, I called you Natasha. Lol I'm sorry, but I did recognize who I was watching!! I did it to someone else last weekend too, but hey, I just turned 56, so maybe I have a good excuse lol
Is this any type of acrylics ? Bcuz I’m I guesss to young my mom said even tho I’m 14 but okay please answer
This one is gel. I take clients older than 16 only, so it make sense to wait a little bit :)
do you ever have any problems with curing a gel that isn't very see through?
i’m assuming she used a pinky coloured one x
I found your video on aliexpress 😯
Hello why do not you mention the brand you are using please
Expand the description to find details about the products used.
How about with false nail tip??
It's another option :)
Not me trying to scan the QR code on your thumb 💀💀
Song??
Poets of the fall?
Yes :)
Another plus to everything you do 💞
😘
Nice music
Looks like the product went too close to the cuticle.
I love these clear forms. Color forms are horrible for gel.
They only ever Show the top of the nail I wish they would give us a side of you or at least turn it a bit when they are done
To thick
You canNOT do this with IBD builder! It is so much runnier than this, I am shocked watching how your builder gel just stays where you put it!
Nice but curing for 90 minutes no way
First of all don't use a pink product for the white portion of the nail. 2nd she talks about the foundation needing to be the same as the natural nail but when she shows it, it isn't. Karen, why not use pink to do the free edge? If a clients wants one tone nails
Nothing you said makes any sense. Also your attitude is trash.
Olivia Rivera well aren't you nice. I guess you would know trash wouldn't you.
Please, do share with us your RUclips channel showing everyone the "correct" way to do nails 🤨
Karen Hendershot Many of us sculpt entire nails out of warm pinks. :)
What primer was used?
