But do you think it's a engineering design, when we enter from Airoli Mindsapce to mumbra side the two lane is merging in a single lane, that too in just 100 meters gap, really, are engineers crazy, that will be main point of accident, you can see that in video @04:58 and same applies to oncoming lane, when you just cross the tunnel if you want to exit @Airoli its just a 100 to 200 meters distance from tunnel, that will be the accident spot and the traffic issue starts from there.

Its a road link, not a water supply line... 😂 And we try to save even an inch of tunneling work as its a hefty job. Plus it's also make traveling more fun with change of scenery, easy ventilation.. And they didn't carved this space out, its a natural level of the terrain. The only thing I am concerned about is a drainage water channel beneath this open section as it's looks like natural drowning path for 🌧️ water. Otherwise it will definitely damage this section in a long run and may cause flash flooding inside tunnel during the monsoon season.
