Would you do a guide on making a mecha in maya, even explaining some of tools that you prefer to use. Also how you would convert the model from hi-Rez to game-Rez or vise versa.

Reminds me a lot of BlenderGuru's chair video.
What's the 2nd software you were using after Maya in the video?

Anyone recommend a gpu that would help improve my render times and my viewport experience. Just got outta school and have alot of dept so I really don't have that much cash to blow. I'm been looking around and alot of people are saying Quadro cards. But the prices atleast for my financial situation right now are way to outta reach. I'm also not looking for the best performance. Just something decent/bearable to work in maya+arnold(might jump back to vray in the future but that's not important now) was looking for something around 300. I am willing to push to 700 dollars like the Radeon pro wx series cards but like I said before it will leave my wallet screaming and me in the poor house guaranteed. Any help would be awesome, because maybe I'm missing a card that I don't know of. Currently comparing a gtx 1650 and a gtx 1080 ti.

You can but a GeForce RTX 30 series in that price range. However, I hear it's difficult to come by nowadays.
I gotta warn you that Arnold isn't very GPU-friendly. It renders faster for sure but with less control and some shaders aren't even compatible, like volumetric lighting.
