The Russian media commented on the election campaign, at first favouring Trump, but then shifting their approach.
Russia is watching the US election with special attention because its outcome is crucial for the ongoing war in Ukraine. Now that Donald Trump will have a second term, the propaganda looked at what that might bring: the relations between Trump and Zelensky, the likelihood of Trump ending the war in Ukraine in 24 hours as he stated and what all this might mean for Russia US relations.
