I'm so glad people are talking about the FNaF musical. It was the real FNaF movie before we got Blumhouses version. I went to the FNaF movie last year, it was alright but not worth the years wait of tossing the movie to studios like it was a game of hot potato.
I liked it though. But I know people didn't like that the animatronics were showns as being possessed by kids who just want to do kids stuff. Well and those dream sequences.

The Janitor actually survived getting shot due to being the minesweeper protagonist who is a master of dark arts who can tear out people's hearts. This is a recurring bit in Random Encounters Musicals that anyone who is sweeping is the minesweeper.
Random Encounters is 100% one of my favourite RUclips channels. They put so much effort into every video and I love it. Especially their Fnaf, Bendy and the Ink Machine and Doki Doki musicals. Hell, they're still continuing the Fnaf Series even now. Such an underrated channel. Thanks for covering it. im so glad someone made a video essay on this, i still frequently listen to the musical as background music (and baby i love you is unironically good) but heres a couple of fun facts. the entire pizzeria outside the office and kitchen is green screen. the security door actually doenst work, they simply placed it in the doorframe and had an edit animation for it to close and open. when foxy hid in the vents when "springtrap tried to stuff him in a freddy fazbear suit" could imply there really are children in there and the vents is where the kid hid before being murdered. (fnaf web of lies confirms matpat/william afton murdered kids)
Fun fact: Freddy and the male cop are played by Xander Mobus, who also voices Joker in Persona 5 and the announcer for Smash 4 and Ultimate. I’m pretty sure you can see him in the background of the yandere simulator musical, and he’s actually the star of the minesweeper musical. In that musical there’s a line that goes “he was trained in the dark arts, he can tear out people’s hearts, but he’d rather do math cause it’s cool.” So yeah, he does know dark magic and that is why he survived being shot in the chest. Specifically, at the bit of “I’m not even caught up on Steven Universe yet!” Soon after, I went back and watched the whole series and ended up loving it.

ngl Mark's role to be the night guard that died would have been a great scene, but if ever we have a sequel(which I think we will) he might have a scene there or even a bigger role, despite the movie having mid writing(which was kinda expected ngl) the best parts of this movie for me was actually the references and those small easter eggs we got, like Matpat appearing and the Fnaf song in the end credits, this movie is literally just a feel good movie for me so if they ever get Mark to play a bigger scene even if he's a mid actor I would enjoy it just to see him, so if we get Henry Emily as Markiplier I would thank God for making me appear in this timeline
