    Thanks to Dyson for the idea, because this product is not available for sale, then you can set up your own production and earn good money, greetings from China.

    Is it possible to get rear plate that hold multiple attachment slots and click it in on older dok models?

      I would like to know this also. I have the floor dok but the rear base isn't with the 2 extra brackets like in this video. Where can I buy that rear base with extra brackets?

    its extremely hard removing the clip on at 0:40 ... tried pushing the red button and reversing the method used to put it in. and still does not work :( !!!

      you have to force it like they do in the video - - jam the top triangle in flug and then whack it . amazing the plastic does not crack, but I am sure they would provide a replacement if it does

    My Opinion Wow, I can't wait to have my own personal robot Butler! The James Dyson Multi-Robot sounds like the perfect solution to my lazy cleaning habits. Finally, I can sit on the couch and binge-watch my favorite shows while my new robot friend does all the dirty work. I'm already planning on giving it a name and teaching it some dance moves. Who needs a significant other when you have a Multi-Robot that can dust, vacuum, and mop? I'm just hoping it doesn't become too powerful and start taking over the world. But hey, at least my floors will be spotless when it does. Can't wait to pre-order this bad boy!

      i called mine Dusty for the vacuum guy and Moppy for the floor mopping robots. Wife would ask me "who's in the kitchen?" . Oh that's just Dusty hoovering or Moppy cleaning the floors.

    I just bought the v15 detect and I purchased the floor dok multi however it does not fit the v15 detect. It only fits the gen5 and gen5 outsize. Which floor dok is this?

    Where is this version available? The Dyson website (US) only lists the Dok meant for the Gen5detect™ or Gen5outsize™. A link to the product page would be nice... if only so we could know if the product page exists or was taken down.

      Ok so I spoke to Dyson support about this -- the operator informed me that manufacturing hasn't started yet. Just thought I'd share that here in case anyone else is curious. Contact support if you'd like to be put on the notification list for when it becomes available.

      @@Swoahu​​⁠That is very annoying. The V15 Detect has been out long enough to have been replaced with a new model already, and despite this being available elsewhere, you can't buy it in the US yet. I would love to have the explanation for this since the product has already been engineered and designed and produced and advertised and has already been available for sale in other countries. It should only be a matter of maybe printing a box, putting it on a boat, and collecting the money at this point.
      Dyson, you make a great product, but can you please stop making it hard for me to give you my money?

    Is the docking station only for v15 or can it also be used for v10?

      This would not work the V10 model, your Dyson.Com in your region for docks for the V10 model. You can also use the Contact US Section on the website to get assistance with that.

    The small locking part at 4 second mark was already snapped into place on arrival. How does one remove this without snapping it so the power cord can be inserted?

      A small flat head screwdriver or something similar could help you lift the hinge.       @@ngyuanking I lacked the courage to ply it believing it may snap but in the end it came out really easy. I did however contact Dyson chat who told me that they would send the small locking part if I did snap it. I would contact chat and make sure they are willing to send you free of charge the locking bit (if you snap it) and then I am sure you will find that it will come out more easier then you think

    Is it compatible with the V8 model?

      No - this isn't compatible with the Dyson V8™ vacuum. The Floor Dok Multi™ is engineered to store and recharge the Dyson V15 Detect™ or V12 Detect Slim™ vacuums, which have their charger input port in a different location.

    J'attends un remboursement depuis plus d'un mois. Dyson a un sav inexistant !!!
    Ils disent qu'ils s'occupent du dossier... 1 mois et toujours pas de remboursement. Un service sav pitoyable !!!

    I hate my Dyson I phoned today about my Dyson what I had to cancel repair as I work and can’t be waiting for deliveries and have be told of by one of the staff to say I have had to many parts but it not my fault as you guys keep sending out rong colours and now I am being blamed for asking for matching parts
