I got it for the missus..then saw the dust tool and expanding hose and got those as well. Its absolutely brilliant for cleaning my office. Then I went mad and got the dok which is great for storing stuff. Dyson are expensive but in fairness the hoovers I cheaped out on only have a quarter of the power and were useless.
Get the v12, due to weight. I prefer to empty it more often than to vacuum constantly with a heavy one..
