I love how a nasty bag is a universal thing. I keep my loop fabric bands, a long band for stretches, a belt, straps and a barbell pad in my kit, but I also keep a bunch of shit together with it and it's honestly a mess. I should probs upgrade my bag too.
I always have a preworkout gel, some honey (for when pre is not needed, but you still need *some* boost), and SUPER helpful: a gel/cream for injuries (e.g. counterpain). A must-add to your list!
I absolutely love this video, and also the recommendations that you have! Never even heard of knee sleeves, lol, but I'll definitely add them to my bag! Thank you!
No matter if it's the HIDUPZ or any other, my steadfast belief stands that only practitioners can perceive dissimilarities in the sack looks or the metal constituents
Im surprised you do not have any tissue papers anywhere. I cannot leave the house without at least ast one packet of tissue paper and preferably one or two spare packets for backup lmao
I love how realistic this was, from the tampons to the grubby little bits and crap we all get in the bottom of our bags! Great vid x
