Having the book Dear Leader read to me by the author I was perhaps the saddest and most terrifying thing I had ever listened to. It’s a story of a high-level North Korean insider defects. The title sounds depressing but it's really not. He shows all the funny, touching and weird little quirks of the patients and doctors on his ward and their lives before their cancers and the trials faced by them and their doctors.
