I absolutely love how you go over little points of improvement. Even the best builders have areas they can still work on and pointing those things out helps us all improve!
My goodness this video is phenomenal: the editing goes hard; animations are smooth; in-game camera work is so cinematic; the voice overs and scripts are very well worded. I can't wait to this series expand in the future.
Really appreciate it! This has been in the works for some time now. The initial idea was created about 3 months ago, and finally it's all culminated into this series which I will be proud to continue :D
Linzi and co., I really enjoyed this collab. As quickly as online maps get replaced in playlist, the content runs a risk of potentially getting stale. Perhaps this will be something Yannic can address in the next major release, because it would be great if there were a simple way to see the map packs available and present in online lobbies. Looking forward to the future of this series and other content.
Woo more Zeepkist!!!! EDIT - Great work I enjoyed it and am looking forward to more. Also as a newbie I love multi path maps that have a fun easy slower route and a skillful fast route.
Holy crap spackle, Linz, what do you do for a living? Media manager for a fortune 500 company? Lol. This is top quality stuff right here. I think if you paired up with Owl a little bit, you guys could have a great mashup. KoC play for getting the review ideas, then Linzi ZMR polished creator helper series, I think that could be amazing. This is def easy listening material right here.
Thank you for the kind words! This is the first time I've done a project like this before, no real prior video editing experience at least to this standard. And maybe in the future we can work something together with Owl, but for now I'm focusing on getting this series some traction.
Really love this type of content that goes further into maps than just looks. Great job on the execution as well! The animations, voice-over and song choice are just spot on!
Very nicely done. So to summarize, you make nice music, you are good at editing, good at reviewing, have a very fitting voice for voiceover. Clearly for you skybox is the limit.
Wow, what a great video! Good editing, good voice over and good critique. I completely forgot some people have the forcefields off, which means they won't be able to see the risky fin at all. As for more maps like this one, i got you with my latest one 😉
I was laying in bed last night thinking to myself that I need to pick the brain of a few map makers to see what makes the tracks good. Then I woke up and R0nan had linked this video. So thank you for this series, I will be submitting some maps at some point What are your expectations regarding video turnaround time?
Hah what a coincidence, this series should be of great help to you then! Definitely forgot to mention in the video, but new episodes come out every sunday, we're giving ourselves a week to collect and subsequently review maps.
this is really good
:o
i... migh just make another map bc of this video... amazingly done! i really hope this gets views :D
Thank you! And please do, more maps to review = more knowledge spread = more good maps to play :D
I absolutely love how you go over little points of improvement. Even the best builders have areas they can still work on and pointing those things out helps us all improve!
Exactly the point! Glad you get it, even seasoned builders can still miss these little things. Hope we can be a help to all mappers of the game :D
Poggers!
Poggers!
Holy zeep the editing is so good
Spent a lot of time on it, glad you think so!

@@Linzi_ I'm definitely looking forward to it. All of my favorite map makers were in this first vid so I'm excited to learn
