It's because Joshua's got everyone in his back pocket in the media. They don't want to say a bad word against him. Cause it might damage them financially.
Yes that was terrible refereeing. I'm just a casual boxing fan and even I know a slip is signalled by horizontal hand movements. Doing the same thing vertically means he's stopping the fight. Why didn't that ref know the difference, and why didn't he see Joshua's gloves touch the canvas before the second knockout? Everyone else saw it.
I disagree. If the ref had been trying to help Joshua he would have called the second knockout the moment his gloves touched the canvas, not let him take a load more punches on the ropes before finally going down at the end of the round.
Adam showed what an aj fanboy he is as he tries to act like hes not but is nearly crying seeing aj getting smashed...no surprise for Spencer as hes openly out there
100%. Tyson picked him as a trainer because of him being a good mate during his horrendous depression. Obviously his background as a personal trainer helped him in a conditioning sense, picked up bits and pieces from boxing, watching and probably being around gyms. However, he should be nowhere near world level boxers. He should have earned his stripes at a local gym with youngsters and worked his way up. Baffles me to this day why Josh Taylor and Joshua took him on

AJ got it right in that he ducked Parker and Zhang, believing that he had the youngster Dubois' number. AJ ran the same playbook when he took on a very young Parker with a hand selected ref who helped keep Parker at range. He didn't get the rub here, but the strategy was a familiar one.
Poor analysis during that first round, AJ excited the pocket several times, straight back or along the ropes with his hands down and they talking him up. Next minute….
Usyk may have more belts- but I’m certain if he beats Fury in December he will NOT fight Dubois again. Usyk has already got the title of undisputed. There’s too much at stake. He’s already worried when he gets rocked- what’s he going to be like knowing if he loses his CAREER is over. ?
