As someone who was a big fan of the bakugan franchise through out the entire series until the very end excluding the rebooted series this bakugan Roblox game is very good and reminds me of the old game bakugan battle brawlers.
I recently rewatched all of bakugan and honestly the first 2 seasons were good, the 3rd was terrible then the first half of the 4th was amazing then became super ass
Would love to have you stick around for Beta updates. It gets a LOT better from there. We never expected so many people to join our alpha so we saved the good stuff for last lol.

after trying the game for myself I can 100% say that there is a massive power imbalance between starting decks 😅 I went Aquos (Because Preyas in the show was my GOAT) and the cards you get are super situational. Some kinda not having a use and your gate cards, while a few are good, you again get a REALLY situational one that, if you're fighting the right opponent, might get used? But overall, most other types get a field negate. Which can screw you over big time. I think what this game needs is AI enemies to fight. I have fun fighting players but some rage quit mid match when I'm starting to win, those that stay I'm losing already. So my HSP is barely going up, im getting like 500 per game, so its taking forever to get better cards. It doesn't help that if they quit/lag out mid match it's not counted as a true win. You got 1,450 HSP when you won but if someone quits after just 1 battle you get like 450. Coupled with the fact I'm facing opponents who have bakugan so high level their base GP is 500+ and my highest I can get with all modifiers is 710, it gets pretty demoralizing since I am basically having to grind HARD to get slightly better bakugan and skill cards. Having AI to fight to farm money for Bakugan and cards would make this 10x better. Since with AI you can just see above their head their grade (for example D rank) and know their power level based on that. So if you're new going up to the A+ AI wouldn't be smart. They can add a cooldown to fighting them after you win, say 12 minutes or so, so in the time you can't fight them you can try fight other players. I also think lowering the price of Bakugan of your chosen type would help too. Lets say you chose Pyros at the start? Now in the shop all Pyros are at a 25% discount. Letting you buy them easier. The shop also needs a bit of a rework...every 3 hours resetting into a randomized shop which might not have the bakugan you want SUCKS. I saw 2 Preyas for example, both 7k HSP, but they were dark and wind types. So it did nothing in my water deck even if I could afford them which I couldn't. Adding something like neutral bakugan could be healthy.
NPCs r being added soon. Starting decks in general are not really that good. Especially against experienced players. It's in alpha so balancing will be improved as the game develops and adds more stuff. There will be data reset when beta starts

I'm ngl, for 400 robux, this does feel underwhelming. There's not much animation quality at all, mostly just flashy effects. So much more dedication should be put into the literal creatures being use to fight with. It feels too slow and stiff.
