Well instructions from two coaches and you learned quickly and improved fast! Nice job!
Very good, Miss Kiwa👏🏻👏🏻. The double backhand was pretty crisp and clean with power. Well done.
I really enjoy your content! Keep up with the good work!!
I have fully interacted with STA quickly. Thank you so much.
Very cute Kiwa...Good instructions from both coaches
You guys work well together.
Nice kiwa
Nice explanation, I'd like to ask to put some slow motion to see Kiwa's backhand before the correction so we can compare the improvement after the correction!
Her two handed backhand is swinging across the body, this can work at the recreational level as you can see she hits the ball pretty solid. But if you want to hit an effective controlled two-handed you need to keep the inside out swing path, just like it should be on the forehand. Most people use way too much right arm(left if lefty) This shot needs to be guided inside out with your opposite(non-dominant) hand. All in all great stuff as always!
Do you point the racket head in the direction you want to hit with the forehand ground stroke?
Yes, it helps to pay attention to the direction of your racket head at point of contact for all of your shots.
