However, even when Kathy does eventually marry Phil, things go from bad to worse as similar to Grant, Phil turns on Kathy and their marriage goes sour, perhaps Kathy should have taken a closer look at Grant and Sharon's marriage before she decided, who is to blame.

Kathy blamed Sharon more than Phil because Phil pushed Sharon away but they did cheat on grant together. He lied that Sharon pushed it but he and grant both knew he was equally to blame. So pauline suggested arthur become councillor then that dodgy guy set him up but didn't Michelle leave in 1995. Hypocrite sleeping with her best friend's dad and ex. She seemed jealous of sharon. Carol and Alan are very cute, only Billy was his biological son. But a good dad to Carol's other kids. Sharon was better with grant or Dennis, not Phil. Kathy and Phil were better
