I don't know what the legal situation was in 2003 but today, that will wouldn't hold weight. Pat was Roy's wife and as such the house they lived in was a matrimonial asset. Irrespective of what was in the will, the house was hers (as his wife). Obviously things have probably changed but today, Barry wouldn't have a leg to stand on.

Sandra did hurt Beppe but maybe Rosa was always trying to come between them, trying to take her son and husband and Beppe couldn't stand up to her.
