His grab height didn't allow the pole any option to lean toward your shop wall. That was a good thing. I am already using Makita 18V tools so I bought their leaf blower recently. It is so nice to have a blower without a cord.
I am surprised to see that build up of trash in the rotor, never seen that in my R-62. There should have been a long rod attached to the clean grain elevator to rake out the stone trap.
The older R series 2 you don't have to change pulleys. I think when your engine rpm alarm went off on the S67, that didn't seem right to me with the yield you were getting and in what looked like dry bean stems. I think there was a problem with setting or with worn rotor or chopper parts and that caused high fuel usage.
Acres per gallon should tell how good the fuel economy is. Rotaries do take more fuel but supposedly the savings in crop losses makes up for it. If it isn't set right or run close to capacity the fuel usage per acre can be less economical. I'd say there is something set wrong with all the trash buildup on the end of the rotor cage. I've never seen that on my R52. What was rotor clearance set at and what was the speed? Of course I can't help much on settings because an S67 is a bit different than the short rotor R52 I run.
Rock trap latch is a good improvement, older models have a two lever system, difficult . Gleaner rock traps work real well, I think. Open sprockets, yeah well, generaly good , when the bearing goes, behind them, can cause damage, needs an eye kept on them, expensive in Oz. Build up in processer not usual. Rotary machines are more thirsty.

I like the pigs and goats
The fuel consumption, I thought, was high. I couldn't believe the trash build up left in there either.
That pole mowing worked out great. :)

Yeah that’s what I was thinking something is definitely not right....hmmm I’ll have to look for that rod i didn’t see one
@@dirtgrainsteel I saw it in one of the shots as you were walking around.
Fuel usage is not figured on gph but on acres covered per hour or a day. bushels cut processed. Looks alot like my 98 R62.

That fuel usage seems high. Was if completely full when you got it? Still a sweet machine. Your goats and pigs are adorable.
It said it was full so I dont know it just seems to have used alot of fuel but what doesn't anymore....they took it back this morning.....thank you!!
The power company will come and move your light
👍👏👏👏
