I joined your subscriber list recently but wish I'd known about this ages ago. What an awesome adventure. I felt like I was riding along with you. I planned a trip like this back in 2008 when a mate of mine from the UK came out for a visit. The plan was to fly a C182RG Brisbane to Roma and hop up the inland route to Cairns, spend a few days in Cairns and fly back coastal. I spent months planning it and in the days preceding the trip the weather closed in and it was cyclonic. It was certainly option 3 for me being a relatively low houred VFR pilot. Alas, my flying came to an end not long after due to finances however I do have permission from my wife to start flying again as soon as I finish my Masters of Aviation Management degree in just over 24 months (*happy face*).
Your videos have inspired me and go for an IFR rating at some stage too and one day I'd like to do that trip that I planned. In the meantime, if you ever plan a Queensland Epic Adventure I'd look forward to the episodes and perhaps a coffee at the cafe on your way through?

Mate, thank you so much for making these videos. I was lucky enough to call Australia home for 6 years but never got to see some of the amazing sights you’ve experienced. Since moving back to the UK I have started my PPL and just completed my first solo, so these videos have made even more crazy about flying and also miss Australia heaps but I’ve loved every minute. Keep them coming

Yes I think Milkshake kinda likes the spotlight now... Thanks for watching Ben, and if you do get a chance to get your Instrument Rating I'd definitely recommend it. Nothing quite like the anxious anticipation of breaking out of the top of clouds then skimming along the tops.

@Levi Layton I hate Flixzone. It's the worst thing ever. Even worse than when people (AI's) hijack your comments for boosting sentiment for shitty things that's not good enough to get other than crap sentiment itself. That's why Flixzone probably is the worst thing I've ever heard of. My tip is to keep away from Flixzone. Crappy service and generally bad. Flixzone are the terrorists of movie providers. Would never use it!

Excellent series. I really enjoyed your approached to pilotage. I fly a recreational kit built plane but I do fly IFR (I Fly Roads) and have made it out to William Creek from Adelaide and my next longest trip was from Adelaide to Yarram Victoria, Gippsland. But you have inspired me to fly to Uluru next winter. Let the planning begin! Thanks for all your work.
Stefan I've only just found your channel and I think I've pretty much watched it all in two days! Much respect for not only the quality of the production but the professionalism in the way you conduct your flights.
I'm in love with Aus and I'll be visiting again as soon as I'm able to get down there. I absolutely loved your Outback Series and as well as giving me tonnes of ideas for places to visit but as a PPL its also inspired me to do some flying while I'm there, there's some things best viewed from the air right?!

I took a leaf out of your book this morning and pushed my trip to Longreach back due to the strong winds and gusts out of Moorabbin. As much as we love flying but to know you don't need to go fly and its better to be on the ground. Keep up the amazing work and i cant wait to see whats in store next for this channel! I may have to start filming my trips :)

That's awesome nazli, keep going with your PPL. I know it can feel like an impossible task at times, and it requires so much of your time and money and effort but if you can push yourself to get there it's one of the most rewarding things you can do. I wish you all the very best with it.
