The quality of WIlly's voice , the realistic approach of his philosophy and the emotion that is conveyed in his voice is exceptionall. I have a long history cowboying, Nelson is my kind of person.
With Willie singing this song it really moves the listener. Great video of older footage. Seen Willie many times in concert and it is always great watching a legend.

Yes, so nice! He transcends being pigeon-holed, perhaps, so when people hear him, the genre/name 'country music' may fall by the wayside. He wrote "Crazy", one of the best damn night, smoke-filled barroom songs we'll ever hear, and it can't be put in a pigeon-hole, I don't think. It's flying forever now with the spirits.

I listen to Willie's Roadhouse when ever I'm in my car and sometimes I listen to Charlie Monk and Paula Nelson's shows at home on my TV and have never heard this song once!!!!
