It would be great to have a sensible soccer game and a fire pro wrestling game of some sort. Those games are tried and true and would work very well on this system.
It’s funny you should mention that! Jim Bagley just announced that Rusty Pixels will be making a top down football game called ‘Rusty Sports Football’ ! When it’s completed, I think this will satisfy your sensible soccer thirst! 😉
I love that I'm excited for new 8-bit games. What games have pushed the Next's limits of performance? I'd be interested to see how good they look, compared to 16-bit alternatives.
Well the Rusty Pixels games are the most professional at the moment, in my opinion, but pushing the Next’s limits? Hmmm. I think the software dev is just getting started to be honest so we’re just at the beginning of the journey. Although ‘Bikers’ does look like it’s going to be very impressive!👉ruclips.net/video/4cI2qBBS7_4/видео.html
Nice little video fella, you made stage 1 look easy but stage 2 shows how tricky it can quickly become. That’ll ramp up as the stages go on with new enemies and more hidden items. Definitely all about aiming for that high score, and 2-player mode should be a blast!
@@mattmyers9351 Current status is - the programmers are waiting for graphics from Craig - the protagonist - but he’s kinda busy right now so looks like it might be a while. Shame because the demo is real good fun!
Lovely looking little game. It's genuinely interesting to see what gems are coming out on this new fangled Spectrum malarky.
It’s a super little title. Can’t wait for the finished product to come out! The 2 player mode should be a right laugh!👍🏻
So cool! I want this game. Nicely done on the video. ;-)
Thanks TJ! It’s a great game and I can’t wait for the finished product. I need more corners to jump around! 😁
@@SpectrumNez yeh I saw that move. ;-)

Spectrum Nez That sounds great! I look forward to seeing and hearing more about it.

@@SpectrumNez it's going to be a fun and interesting journey. Well, I hope so, any way. 😅
I never realised you had covered this Neil. Great video, and you managed to get decent vid cap footage, unlike me!
Yours was fine bud! It was nice to see someone enjoying it rather than just a voiceover! 👍🏻

Thanks Craig and thanks to YOU for making such a cracking little game. Really looking forward to the final product! 👍🏻
So ZX Spectrum Next supports multiple buttons on Mega Drive gamepads right out of the box?
It certainly does! 👍🏻
Anybody know the progress on the development of this game?
I’ll see if I can find out… be right back, caller!
@@SpectrumNez lol! Thanks!

@@SpectrumNez no kidding! Too bad.
