One of the bike he use for vlogs. And the other one is due to his interest for the bike. He get money and new subs while displaying them in RUclips. He can sell them at decent price when wanted to. Coming to car, I think he mostly don't buy it.

Apartment costs 2 crores and not appreciate much. A loan for 1.5 cr will cost me 1.5lakh per month for the rest of my life. (20yrs loan tenure) I don't want that tension of clearing my loan for 20 yrs just to live under a 1000sft roof. Rent toh poye daniki lifelong commitment ndku ra bujji.. at least for now that's my thinking.. it may definitely change later when I lose interest in automobiles

Right thing to do is invest in an appreciating asset. Heart thing to do is to invest in something that you've been dreaming forever since your childhood. But.. only when rest of the financial needs are met, after creating funds for all the responsibilities for your family and yourself.. then u can slowly start spending on dreams.
So, is it a rented flat Sriman Bhai?. The way you showcased it and the stuff you bought for home, I thought you bought it.
@@anantnandivada8897 Lol, I hope your genuinely questioning him and not just throwing shade. Is there a rule that you can't furnish a rental property well? And he showcased it because its his first time living in a gated community setting, nothing wrong with that. It makes much more sense for him to rent in this scenario. If I recall correctly, he pays 25k or something, which is peanuts compared to an EMI for a 25 year 1CR loan. While I don't know which Aparna community it is he lives in, we've got apt's in Lanco and Bhooja, and I can tell you that rents have not grown at the same pace as property values around the nanakramguda/hitex/gachibowli area. In such a scenario, makes much more sense to simply rent, feel it out, and purchase later. If I'm guessing correctly, he's gonna go for a larger square footage option that is future proofed. Or perhaps he can checkout some ever-developing options in Financial District, etc.

In fact I have the same thought process. It's better to pay 30 to 40K per month in a good gated community than buying it for 1.5 to 2cr and paying EMIs
@@anantnandivada8897 Meh, not really. You wouldn't be getting the full experience. Prior to purchasing in Lanco and Bhooja, I lived in L&T Serene County around 2010 when it was one of the few gated communities at the time, and Gachibowli wasn't as well developed as it is today. The rents were cheaper at that time, around 35k for the largest 4 bedroom option, and thats because gachibowli wasn't well developed, and interiors are barebones. Sriman's apt (Aparna Serene Park) is also extremely barebones in terms of interiors lol. But then again, they're regular gated communities and not really meant to be luxurious. Its like buying a base model A3. Sure, you're getting into the brand and experience, but missing out on so much of the interior customization and sft. To give you an example, my apt in Lanco is 3600 Sft, fully customized to my family's liking. Hence, despite being an NRI and barely home in India, we do not rent it out since we spent a hefty sum on interiors. The Bhooja apt, however, is purely investment despite being just as big. Barely spent 20L on interiors, and to be fair, Myhome's finishing was top notch. In the end, it just depends on what you want and can actually afford.
