My daughter is a director at a Catholic School so making these would be a lovely gift for her & for her staff. And I'm thinking my grandson's in scouts, my granddaughter's in singing... they have other teachers, after school activities this could be a great little gift for everyone thank you so much for sharing Gi!!! I shared the video with the group, I volunteer at. I thought theymight enjoy doing this to. ♥️💛💜💙💚🖋️🖊️✒️

I made one of the pen holders as I watched the video. It turned out nicely, but when I put a pen into it, the paper came unglued at the bottom. I guess I should have waited until the glue was set. My bad! I made mine out of flowered paper, and made it left over right, like a Japanese kimono. Then I used plain paper, in a nice green colour, to make an obi. I wanted mine to look like a kimono. I'll use Yuzen Washi paper next time, as it is more soft, and pliable. Thank you for sharing this cute idea! I'm going to make some for my cousins and my aunt! Stay safe! ~Janet in Canada
