- In February 1996, Brian Pillman continued to escalate his Loose Cannon persona and break the fourth wall when he ended a "Respect Match" moments after it started by shouting "I Respect You, Bookerman" into the microphone, outing opponent Kevin Sullivan as WCW's actual matchmaker, a fact hidden from fans at the time.
