Appreciating all the natural hair girlies reviewing Mane n' Tail. I've been using OGX Biotin with Collagen shampoo for a few years now and I'm afraid it actually be makin me Lose hair instead. So I'm thinkin about switchin to Mane n' Tail instead.

Any tips on how to know what hair type you have lol I’ve never figured it out plus I’ve never had anyone to teach me about my hair and what products would help
So depending if you have none chemically treated hair it'll be easier to know if you have high or low porosity hair. I have high porosity which means that my hair has loads of gaps running along it. Major characteristics are that my hair is easily breakable, dried super fast aka drinks water, so putting heat on it isn't good because it'll make it really dry.
If you have low porosity hair your hair tends to take forever to dry because the hair cuticles lye flat.
You can have LP hair and then get HP hair by dying it which in turn means you've damaged it.

... if you mean more like type 2,3,4 ABC? Most people have a mixture in their hair anyway... But just Google a chart to find out what number type you are to start and go from there ☺️✌🏾

Nope they have sulfates and silicones
The Deep Moisturising has SLS (Sodium Laureth Sulfate). Neither say mention Silicone on my bottles.

Guys do not use shampoos that you see in superdrug boots and all other stores just do not use it if you love your hair. This shampoo is reall and i just got mine. I stripped colour on my hair washed with natural shampoos and from wash 1 my gair stop falling but as soon as i washed with one of the previously i used my hair fall q lot during wash and after i dryed all day been falling untill i washed the chemicals parabens and cilicon off. Ladies do not use i care about all hair that is why telling do not use thoise shampoos.

It’s ok to ask, for me I still use mane & tail. I have no reason to lie about my own experience. But who knows maybe all products are a placebo???
