I dont agree with this kind of training for this man. He is very low fat, skinny. This many sets training , long and so intense , take from him energy that, with so low fat, he dont have . We see hard training, but , i dont believe , he will have great progress. My opinion.

They have a great infrastructure all the machines are very effective and target same muscles like squat.
