      They have a great infrastructure all the machines are very effective and target same muscles like squat.
      BTW squat is king of all exercises.

    Legs require more work than upper body. Left leg more than the right to be honest. Butt wink on the reverse hack squat would need to be addressed.

    I dont agree with this kind of training for this man. He is very low fat, skinny. This many sets training , long and so intense , take from him energy that, with so low fat, he dont have . We see hard training, but , i dont believe , he will have great progress. My opinion.
