- Electrical issues within the air conditioning system may be simple, such as a loose connection which is easily repaired. With regular AC checks by a competent technician, these sorts of issues are caught before they damage the compressor.car ac not working ,ac not blowing cool air but when we check voltage on compressor we found supply voltage is ok and also ground connection is proper .
Hi Bro, my I 20 car had a AC (not cooling) problem and I have visited few Hyndai authorised service centres and few local guarages but problem not identified. Instead some said compressor problem, some evaporator problem, some volve problem, some leakage problem n some ECM problem. I haven't convinced with those answers n taken my car back to home. Later I started searching I20 AC problems in RUclips and found your videos are so brilliant and way of explanation is too good, no one can match.
After watching your videos, went to again Hyundai workstation and suggested them to do diagnosis how you did.
Finally identified problem within half an hour. Can't imagine how quickly solved issue. Problem was FATC device not working. None of the persons having idea on FATC device also will make AC problem.
Really appreciate your efforts to make these videos.

Khoob bhalo, Babu. Iska matlab test lamp aur multimeter dono zaroori hai. Multimeter for continuity testing and test lamp for load testing.

hi bro, i have a 2020 hyundai elantra , ecv type compressor no power or ground in the connector, also checked the data of climate control module, shows all ac activations off, no ac request, no compressor activation etc. gas pressure show 10 bar. pressure switch working, evaporator temp show -40 deg. changed new sensor, still shows - 40. what do you think ? is it ac switch module ? all other functions working in the switch. when ac switch on engine rpm goes a bit higher. also fan working.. i tried all other options , only left the switch .. ( compressor have a connector with 2 wires black and green . is it ground is direct in black ? ) thanks in advance.

Very informative video Abhijit bhai.. Mere paas bhi Elite i20 1.4D 2015 model hai. Usme AC me ek problem aa raha hai. Jab bhi main gaadi ON karne ke baad, 'Auto' ka button dabakar AC chalu karta hoon, AC toh ON hota hai par blower hawa nahi phekta. But agar directly Auto button ka dial ghumakar AC ON karta hoon tab jakar AC ON hoke blower hawa phekta hai. Iske alawa agar long journey me jate hai toh achanak se blower kaam karna band kar deta hai. Maine repair bhi karwaya but showroom wale ko bhi aur bahar ke garage ko bhi koi fault nahi mila.. kya issue ho sakta hai?

@@francisdsa6790 it's not like blower doesn't switch ON. I can hear the sound of blower but sir doesn't come from the vents, if AUTO button is pressed. Whereas if rotating knob is rotated then only aur is coming from vents. Even mechanics have checked all the wiring and ground connection. There is neither loose connection nor rust.

Ecm se ya toh pressure switch se. Pressure switch lo direct karke dekho Compressor on hota he kya. Ya fir relay me Earth ata hai kya. Ana chahiye. Mahindra ka pressure switch kharab quality ka hai.
